Our retreat is nestled in the Cottonwoods on the 18th green of the golf course. Summer with us & float the “dry bed”, depending on current water levels exit onto our property, roast marshmallows around the fire pit, play a game at the golf course, or set up family games in the yard. Winter fun brings hills to sled, hot chocolate around the fireplace, room to build snowmen and forts. All is centered around a beautiful quiet home to rest, modern amenities & a porch to watch memories unfold.

Tucked between expansive fields, this Apt boasts a beautiful view and convenient access to Hwy 20, BYU-I, Idaho Falls, Yellowstone National Park (91 mi), Teton National Park (109 mi), Island Park (62 mi), and Craters of the Moon (105 mi.) We have our famous little Borrow Barn with a wide variety of indoor and outdoor games, plus bicycles and pedal boats on The Pond— all complementary for all guests. We use only eco-sensitive products at our Inn— it’s too pretty and serene here to do otherwise.

Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a couch that we don’t mind a person sleeping on. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio & fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We allow 1 dog but … see below.
