Our modern, well-equipped home sits right by the sea with breathtaking mountain views, surrounded by pristine Arctic nature. Spot reindeer, otters, moose, or even whales, and watch the Northern Lights from the porch. Steps away, enjoy a panoramic sauna by the water. A traditional BBQ hut is available as an optional rental. This is our beloved home, and many guests tell us they fall in love with it too. Few places blend comfort and wilderness like this. We never tire of it—and hope you will, too.

Ladd batteriene på dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet. 25 minutters kjøretur fra Tromsø, en liten bygd som heter Skulsfjord finner du dette koselige lille huset helt ved sjøen. Fantastisk utsikt og ett rolig området der man kan nyte idylliske fjell og naturomgivelser. Nordlys sesongen er fra September til April. Er det klarvær vil det danse på himmelen direkte fra stuevinduet. Mange unike turmål til fots og ved båt som verten kan informere om ved behov og har kart tilgjengelig i huset.

Beautiful and rustic house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing with the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. Included in your stay there is a woodfired sauna placed by the sea with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone with a charge of NOK 250,- per sac of firewood used to heat these facilities . To prepare and fill the hot tub for you to use during your stay, we charge a fee at NOK 2000,-

Skap minner for livet i vårt store, flotte og familievennlige hjem. Huset vårt er nybygd (fra 2021) med stort kjøkken og stue, og gjennomgående høy standard. Her får du 3 soverom, stort bad, vaskerom med vaskemaskin og tørketrommel, badstu utenfor og stor terrasse. Vi bor 30 minutters kjøring unna Tromsø sentrum. Dette er et perfekt sted for familier med barn eller andre som ønsker å bo nært naturen. Vi anbefaler sterkt at du har egen bil, da offentlig transport hit er svært begrenset.

Architect-designed house with stunning views!

Spectacular new build house (2018) in a lovely, quiet area with a beautiful view to the fjord/sea, mountains and forest in Kvaløya /Tromsø. You can watch the beautiful northern light / aurora borealis from the huge window (10 sqm), sitting in the living room with a cup of tea or coffee in your hand:-) This is a perfect place for tourists who wants to see the northern light, whales in the fjord at winter, hiking/ skiing in the mountains or everything else you want in this lovely city.

Grandma' s cozy cottage at Kraknes , Kvaløya

Koselig gammel hus - Grandmas – Oldstyre house. Kraknes på Kvaløya. 16 km fra Tromsø sentrum. Her kan du nyte flott natur både sommer og vinter. Utsikt mot magiske fjell og innseiling til Tromsø by. Du kan se noen av fjellene i Lyngen Alps fra huset. Her nyter du stillhet, avslapping, midnattssol på sommeren og nordlys og arktisk flott himmel på vintertid. 10 minutters kjøretur fra flyplassen og 20 minutter i bil fra huset til Tromsø Sentrum. Vi anbefaler bruk av leiebil.

Cathedral Lodge

This house looks like a little cathedral, and lies only a five minutes walk from the centre of Tromsø. Large windows in the front gives a magnificent view of the city, the sea and the Mountains. The house was finished in 2019. We have choosen exclusive materials and design furniture. You’ll see that it’s made by heart. Helga, the host, lives in the house next door, and is readily available. This is the perfect place to stay in Tromsø. Welcome!

The apartment is spacious and has an amazing view. You have a 180 degrees view over Tromsø and its surroundings. You can see mountains, the fjord, the Arctic cathedral, the cable car and the mountains surroundings it..The Northern lights can easily be seen from the balconies if it is out dancing for us. The apartment is within town center with its many attractions, restaurants, galleries, cafes, museums and shops. A short walk to everything.

Apartment on Whaleisland

Our house is situated on the appropriately named “whale island” (Kvaløya), just a short 15-20 minute drive to Tromsø city centre and 12 minutes to the airport (9km). This is a perfect location for those searching for a true Arctic experience, as the house is located at the main hub of Kvaløya. Dog and Reindeer sleddings are close by (3km). It is truly is the perfect place to appreciate northern Norway.

Panorama havutsikt & midnattssol – en fredelig naturperle nær Tromsø. Nært nok til byen, men samtidig tilbaketrukket i fredelige, landlige og i storslagne omgivelser.
