Liebevoll gestaltete Altbauwohnung in Seenähe

In einem mittelalterlichen Haus in der Altstadt von Völkermarkt liegt die Wohnung im 2. Stock mit Blick über die Dächer, den Hauptplatz und in den grünen Innenhof. Die alten Gemäuer und die wunderschönen Holzbauteile wurden liebevoll restauriert. Um den historischen Charakter zu erhalten haben wir natürliche Baumaterialien verwendet. Besonders sind die Gewölbedecken und die romantischen Holztreppen. Die niedrigen Türen sowie die unebenen Wände und Böden geben der Wohnung den besonderen Charme.

Vergiss deine Sorgen – in dieser geräumigen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Auf 460m Seehöhe 4 km vom Ort Sankt Paul im Lavanttal entfernt umgeben von Wald und Wiesen im schönen Granitztal gelegen. Das Haus befindet sich am Ende einer Straße somit gibt es keinen Verkehrslärm. Ein Wohnraum mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC stehen zur Verfügung. Vor dem Eingang befindet sich eine Terrasse mit Tisch und Sesseln, sowie 100m² Wiese eingezäunt (ideal für Hunde).

Pri Harisch - in Südkärnten

Das Haus liegt mitten im Seengebiet, zwischen dem Klopeinersee, dem Gösselsdorfer See, dem Sonnegger See und dem Turner See. Zum Wandern liegt die Unterkunft direkt am Fuße der Karawanken: mit der Petzen, dem Hochobir, den Steiner Alpen, dem Koschuta Massiv. Es gibt auch eine reiche Auswahl an Klettersteigen. Die Radfahrer und Mountainbiker kommen mit dem Flowtrail auf der Petzen und dem Drauradweg nicht zu kurz. Im Winter kann man hier gut Schifahren, Schneeschuhwandern und Skitouren gehen.

Apartma Bela is situated in the heart of Robanov kot – the most well preserved glacial valley in Solčava region, located 15 min drive from Logar valley. Calm and cosy suite offers the perfect starting point for hiking, mountaineering or cycling. The apartment is located on the second floor and is the largest of the four apartments in the house, with near identical square footage. Haus auf ehemaligen Bauernhof

Haus am Gipfel des Kömmelgupfs bei Bleiburg. Umgeben von Wald und einer 2,5ha großen Wiese. Der perfekte Platz damit sich die Kinder richtig austoben können. Im Winter werden Schlitten und Bob bereit gestellt. Es gibt mehrere Wanderwege vom Berg runter und in der Früh weckt euch das Vogelgezwitscher vor der Tür auf. Haus mit gesamter Grünfläche steht euch zur Verfügung. Kinder können gerne Zelten mit Feuerstelle. WLAN gratis zur Verfügung da nicht alle Handytarife Vollen Empfang haben.

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.
