Host will meet you to give you the door code and a tour of the property. Entire house w/ a park-like backyard. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, dining, sun room, & washer/dryer. Home is close to Rio Rancho, Presbyterian Medical Center, Sandoval Regional Medical Center, Intel, HP, and Rio Rancho Event Center. Your private casita is nestled in the Rio Grand forest park. Walk, bike, or jog on the Bosque Trail behind the house along the acequia (waterway) or wander by the Rio Grande River with a perfect view of Sandia Mountain. We supply coffee and cream and several black and herbal teas with sugar and honey for sweetening. In the Kitchen is a full refrigerator, oven/microwave and stovetop. Cookware, dinnerware oil, vinegar and spices, wine glasses and more. Sleep in a comfortable queen-sized bed.

Adjacent to Albuquerque, near Petroglyphs, Sandia Mountain Tramway, and about an hour+ to Santa Fe. Even though the entire home is "one level," there are two steps to a sunken living room.
