Our English cottage dating from the 1700s is snug in winter and stunning in summer! With all mod-cons, Chicory Cottage is ideal for exploring the Cotswolds. We're on the edge of a small historic town, with countryside views from the garden. Malmesbury's pubs, restaurants and famous abbey are a short walk, or you can head in the other direction for a country hike. Or just make yourself at home in front of the cosy log-burner, work remotely with our super-fast wifi, or relax in the pretty garden.

Sit at a wooden desk and summon the writer's muse at Jane Austen's family home from 1801 to 1805. In this immaculately maintained and lovingly restored apartment, walls teem with artwork and shelves overflow with curious objects. Original flagstone floors in spacious rooms lead to a light and airy kitchen overlooking the rose-filled courtyard. The village, which boasts pubs and shops, is well located for walking and cycling. Nearby are the cities of Bath (15mins) and Bristol (30mins) as well as Cotswold villages such as Castle Combe (10mins).

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful one-bedroom, barn in the centre of the rural hamlet of North Wraxall, 10 miles North of the Heritage City of Bath. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Originally, a working storage barn which has recently undergone sympathetic restoration to create a high class holiday home, while retaining original features. There is an open plan downstairs room with doors to the outside and an upstairs en-suite bedroom.
