Unwind in the roll-top copper bathtub, elegantly set upon a mezzanine platform. We are located in a peaceful village, so ask guests to be mindful of noise. The property was an 18th Century barn which the owners converted to an extremely spacious holiday cottage, with the best of traditional and modern features. The cottage encourages a hygge-style approach to cosiness, relaxation and wellbeing.

Converted Barn, Patterdale in the Lake District

Welcome to Crook a Beck Barn, Patterdale a former Cart Barn which we lovingly restored during 2017. The Barn is located on the original coach road in the hamlet of Crook a Beck, next to the village of Patterdale, in the heart of the Lake District, in one of the most beautiful Lake District valleys. During peak season - April to the end of October, 7 nights minimum stay with a Friday changeover. Short breaks may be available so please drop us a message to ask!

Old Brewery Barn, Ullswater, Lake District

Enjoy a break on the edge of the Lake District, relaxing in the garden and hot tub, taking in the view towards Penrith's Beacon. Ample parking for around 5 cars, bus stop just across the road on the route to Pooley Bridge (2.5m) and Windermere, and a country pub just a short 100m walk away Child Friendly - We can provide two travel cots, baby bath, high chair, toilet step, and seat, while the garden has a gated ring-fence to keep the little ones and pets safe.

First floor barn conversion located in the peaceful village of Newton Reigny, a 9 minute drive from the Lake District National Park border (lake Ullswater just 15 minutes away). The village has a pub & a small shop. A 5 minute drive from the historic market town of Penrith which has a selection of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants & amenities. Easy access to the A66 for Keswick. Very convenient to get to from the M6 motorway (junction 41).
