Thank you Anna and Oskar for providing such a lovely, clean and welcoming apartment. It was in a lovely quiet location, but close enough to the station and amenties in walking distance, with parking if we had needed it. Just perfect for our quick one night stay for my son and me. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to Torquay.

Fantastic weekend , we stayed in the loft which was ideal space to come back to after exploring Clovelly and Bude ❤️ … AND We had amazing pizza from the flame factory which had the best gluten free pizza for my partner !

We had a fantastic one night stay in the Annexe. A perfect stop over whilst walking the coastal path. Lou welcomed us on our arrival and made us feel at home. A lovely peaceful location and also a short walk to the Chichester Arms for dinner. Thank you!

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.

Jack was clearly looking out for us and saw immediately what we needed (getting the bikes stored and getting out of the rain). He is obviously proud of his place and its history, and showed a real passion for it whilst being sensitive to our energy levels. There's a generosity here too (Neal's Yard toiletries) and a flair for decoration (Iain's speciality), giving the house a quirky, homely feel whilst respecting its history. Breakfast was reasonably-priced and beautifully presented. We loved every minute of our stay here.

My brother, whose birthday we were celebrating, was first to arrive. He had had no part in organising it but I had sent him the email link to contact Gary, and had already explained how friendly and amenable Gary was. My brother was still really impressed and surprised by our host's down to earth attitude and generosity. He also made the most of the jet bath before the kids arrived and ruined his peace! The house was just stunning. 8 people, three families, and no one felt on top of one another. With teens and an old lady, we could have easily fallen out somewhere less spacious. Gary did not advertise how big his kitchen space is and that it doubles up as a dance floor ❤️ Very fond memories made of my kids moon walking with their uncle. Huge hot tub. Max 6 but I don't think we had more than 4 in at a time, and it was a lot more pleasant than smaller hot tubs with 4 in at a time. The view from the back of the house was something else. ❤️ Planning our next visit already.

Had a great stay with our daughter and doggy. Simon was very helpful, friendly and answered our questions about places to visit and restaurant recommendations, he was always quick to respond, an excellent host. The house is lovely and clean and well equipped, we even used the BBQ! We appricated the fresh milk in the fridge! Would be happy to return, highly recommended.

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

Best Air BnB we’ve ever stayed in. It felt like home from home with lots of added touches which really made it special. The location was great and plenty to do in the house when rainy for the week. The hosts really thought about who was staying and provided the perfect little treats that ourselves, our baby and dog really appreciated. Would definitely return.

What a perfect little stay and beautiful accommodation. Perfect location and very close to beach. Central location not too far from anything. Such a lovely family and Evelin and her family made this a fabulous stay. Will 10000000% be making a return. Spotlessly clean and beautiful interior design. We stayed at Anna’s the night before we set about walking the next leg on our journey along the SWCP. Anna is a wonderful host who makes you feel at home the second you meet her. She is incredibly quick to respond to all messages and was very helpful when it came to organizing our luggage transfer. The room is as described, the bed very comfortable and the area quiet even though the town centre is within easy walking distance. We’d definitely stay again! It’s been a pleasure :-)

It was really nice warm welcoming and comfortable stay

Loved the location, allocated parking was what was very important for us. Close to town and our friends who live round the corner. It is a lovely new apartment with great views, great shower and balcony. Bed was a little hard for us, but owner is addressing this for the future. But overall a lovely comfortable apartment which was spotless. Will definitely use again.

This is such a beautiful, private and pristine studio. We loved staying here. It is really easy to walk everywhere and Nic and Rich have left a lovely little book with lots of useful info. They have thought of absolutely everything , we cannot fault it. thank you both so much for a really lovely stay.

Eves is a very good host!! The room was really nice, clean and comfortable. Stayed only one night but the next time i visit the area I will try to stay here again. :)
