My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights, Sally-Ann came to introduce herself shortly after we arrived both her and her husband are very warm and friendly. We had a walk down the field in the mud which was great fun despite the weather. Can recommend the Middle House and the Rose and Crown . The other recommendations locally - Bodiam Castle and Bateman’s are great places to visit too.

Carol and Clive were very welcoming and nothing was any trouble. The cottage is querky and full of character with a lovely back garden next to the river and with beautiful views of the countryside. Check in was flexible and easy to arrange. It is a lovely village and Carol's place is central and walkable to local pubs. I had a lovely time and would return to explore the area more.

We loved our stay in the Annex. It was very cozy and the grounds were beautiful with lots to do. We brought our dog with us and he loved the fenced paddock and field across the road. Our daughter loved the kids play area and we also had great fun on the massive trampoline! Runner ducks and peacocks in the garden! Winchester was a 20 min drive. All-in-all a brilliant few days!

We had a wonderful stay at the Coach House! Perfect location to explore Cotswold villages. Beds were nice & comfortable. Amazing farm view. Kids enjoyed Netflix & breakfast croissants were perfect! The heater might turn off at night but you can reset it according to your preference. We found it was a tad too cold at night (but we aren’t used to this climate - hence it could be us as well!)

A wonderful cottage in a great location surrounded by good pubs and eating places. Easy to find with good parking facilities. The cottage is fabulous much better than we could ever have imagined, peaceful and relaxing with fantastic views. The owner has considered all your needs to ensure a perfect stay. The breakfast food was terrific much more than expected. We were disappointed that we only booked 5 nights, next time we will certainly stay longer.

the venue is exactly as described and comfortably fitted 4 grand parents, 6 parents and 7 children under 11. oh and a dog georginia could not have been more helpful a really comfortable house that is extremely well equipped and feels like home no problem in heartily recommending a first class holiday home

A very peaceful location. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Pop was extremely kind and helpful.

Such a beautiful building and lovely surroundings. Was greeted by the friendly dogs on arrival and managed to get in earlier . The two downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing . Quirky furniture all around , well equipped kitchen . The bedroom up on the platform was lovely although a bit difficult to get to up the steep ladder. The bathroom up there was amazing. Just best used by the younger fitter adults . Had fun feeding the donkeys and watching the others use the zip line. Information available for local walks which was lovely and was recommend where to go for a beach day where it would not be so crowded. All in all had a lovely few days break there .

There is a reason Deborah is a Super host! This was a perfect Air b&b experience for me and my dog Hugo. Nothing was too much trouble, Deborah made us feel welcome immediately into her beautiful home, which is set in a gorgeous location a short walk from Hampstead village. I was spoilt with a lovely healthy breakfast and fresh coffee. This is a rare find and a treat, so my recommendation is to book quickly before someone else beats you to it!

Lesley's home was very conveniently located near where our business meetings are as well as all the shops and restaurants that we needed on the 5 days we spent in Chelmsford. Her home is pristine and the room where we stayed is very restful. Lesley is a brilliant host, getting out of her way to provide us with one of the best service we've had in an AirBNB stay and we have been in quite a few. We would certainly love to come back next time we have events in the area. Thank you very much for hosting us, Lesley! We're praying you more success in your AirBNB business.

We were walking the Clarendon Way, which passes right in front of Patsy’s place - so it was a perfect place for us to stop and rest before the second half of our walk. The room was spacious with a lovely little balcony. A variety of breakfast bits were available in the room and a couple of cold ones in the fridge which was much appreciated after 17 miles on foot! The bed was super soft, like a feathery cloud. Patsy and her family were really friendly and welcoming - would totally recommend!

There is a gate to get on the property and we were unable to call Miranda when at the gate due to poor reception. I imagine this was because we are from the US and ATT is our carrier and I suppose England does not have a lot of ATT towers for cellular. We were unable to make phone contact at the gate and drove about 5 or so minutes into town to get good phone coverage and drove back. The house was clean and in a pleasant area. Miranda was most helpful.

L'accueil était chaleureux, et Mara est bienveillante et attentionnée Seul petit bémol : l’emplacement un peu éloigné du centre de Londres, nécessitant environ une heure de trajet en voiture. Mais pour ceux qui recherchent le calme après une journée en ville, c'est un bon choix

Jill was a fantastic host, so friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was super cosy and spotless and the house was lovely and full of charm. We didn’t manage to explore the immediate surroundings but it was very beautiful on our way to Brighton. Thanks Again Ben

A beautiful place to stay , with so many extras , felt totally private and loved the use of the outdoor seating area and hot tub . Both me & my wife said it had been one of our favourites, note to others book somewhere to eat if travelling at the weekend. The only ‘extras’ we d of liked would have been robes & slippers but that said that’s being picky . A beautiful find .

This was booked for a works appointment but the flat was absolutely substantial for what we needed. Clean, well equipped, instructions and communication from Isabela was excellent. If you need a reasonable place to stay close to Brighton then I would definitely recommend.

Lucy’s home is delightful. And the room was fantastic. Roomy, beyond generous amenities such as tea and toaster and more, clean, easy to get to and close to the active town of Petersfield. All in all one of the top Airbnb stays I’ve experienced. I want to return home and make shifts to my Airbnb room based on what I’ve experienced w Lucy.

Trish and her daughter were incredibly kind and there is a lot of love in the rooms they provide. Every detail thought of. It was a perfect place to stay as a single woman. The bus to the airport from the top of the road was super helpful with Ubers being so pricey! Would stay again. And very much appreciate the care and love put in! Thank you Trish!

Ein ganz gemütliches Landhaus, in dem alles vorhanden ist. Großes Grundstück mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Kamin und beheizter Pool haben für alle Jahreszeiten was zu bieten. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Man muss allerdings wissen, dass es innerhalb des Hauses hellhörig ist. Wenn auf der Galerie gelaufen wird, hört man es im Schlafzimmer.

Een liefdevolle en met aandacht ingericht huis. Fijne tuin inclusief kruidentuin voor de liefhebber zoals wij. Wij wilden meer opruimen, mocht niet. Ze zeiden “jullie hebben ook vakantie!” Toch opgeruimd uiteraard, omdat dit zo hoort.

If you're looking for a beautiful, spacious house in a quiet location - this is it! We were a party of 11 and yet there was plenty of room for us all to spread out and relax. There is a gorgeous kitchen, complete with Aga, extensive veranda with table/chairs/BBQ, and massive but secluded garden. It was absolutely perfect for a reunion involving lots of young adults and their not so young parents! Camber Sands and Rye are a very short drive away, but it was very tempting to just chill out and enjoy the house while we had it - would definitely come again.
