We had a great stay here. George was very responsive and helped with local recommendations. He was there to meet us when we arrive and give us a quick overview of the property and hot tub instructions. The property is clean and has all you would need. The hot tub is great and the beach is only 5 mins away. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Andy and Rosie's. The house is in a great location and we really enjoyed having the large field out front to play games in. Andy was very responsive to any questions and gave se great eating out recommendations. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Lovely little getaway with walkable village pubs, farm shops and trails! Lovely and attentive host, a stunning property and peaceful environment. Will definitely be staying here again, and recommending to others!

Beautiful location very tranquil and perfect countryside accommodation. Ideal for warm evening outside dining and cosy inside for colder nights in with a roaring log burner.

We had a fab 3 nights in the Safari Tent. It was clean and was exactly as described. The instructions for lighting the stove were very handy. Mel was a great host and responded to any queries we had. We will defo be booking again.

So nice to unwind, listen to the birds and decompress. Exactly what was needed with our hectic lives and schedules. Loved the quiet location and that our dogs could walk around the golf course and woods. Only recommendation we would make is a little freshen up and updating in some areas, like sealant around the bath (which was great by the way after a long day!) Having milk when we arrived was well appreciated, if there was a complimentary starter pack of some small jams/butter and scones - I'd give you 5* here! But a great stay nonetheless. Really comfortable.

The amenities, dining facilities and seating arrangements were absolutely perfect for four couples. Amazing views of the lake from the master bedroom, patio and lounge. We all loved it!

We had a very lovely stay at the cottage. It was exactly what we wanted. The cottage is absolutely beautiful in a gorgeous setting. It was so peaceful and relaxing. There is so much wildlife around which was beautiful to see. There is plenty of room and the hot tub was amazing. Keith is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble, he was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be recommending this place and would stay again.

We had the best time at this lovely cottage. Comfy and cosy with everything we needed for our stay. Parking was never an issue, even over the bank holiday weekend. The location cannot be beaten, everything right on your doorstep! Nicky was a fab host, very helpful and communicative with some great recommendations/tips. Thank you so much! Nous avons beaucoup aimé le logement de Stéphanie où nous y sommes restés 3 jours. Il n'y manquait rien, il était très propre et très bien équipé. Il y avait même des jouets pour notre fils de 3 ans ce qui était très appréciable. Le pack de bienvenue fourni était très utile (lait, beurre,vin, chips, gâteaux, céréales, pain). L'espace extérieur est privé et très paisible. Nous n'avons pas vu l'hôte, il s'agissait d'une arrivée autonome. Le pub situé à 5 minutes à pied est très bien , nous le recommandons. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Unser Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien (vier Erwachsene und drei Kinder) war ganz hervorragend! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch ein kleines Problem mit den Parkplätzen (unser Problem, nicht das der Unterkunft) wurde sofort und vollkommen problemlos gelöst. Super … 👍🏼 Das Haus liegt ruhig, die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben und die Zimmer und Bäder sehr sauber. Der Kontakt vor Ort war so herzlich, dass man sich sofort willkommen und „zuhause“ fühlte“. Vielen Dank für die Zeit bei Euch…!

Amazing stay in a cozy well equipped accommodation. Location was perfect with easy access to trainline/underground to get directly into london. Jan was very responsive and gave great instructions for the stay.

Had a lovely time with our 4 month old and wanted somewhere outside of Bournemouth where it’s more peaceful and this didn’t disappoint. The apartment was spotless and everything was to a very high standard, including all provisions you’d need plus more… Jonathan has literally thought of everything and gone the extra mile to make it a home from home. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

The flat was lovely! It’s in a great location, really close by to restaurants and the town centre. It was also spacious, clean and comfortable which we really appreciated. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The host was also very responsive and accommodating to an earlier check-in time. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed as a family of 7 (6 adults and a toddler) and two dogs for two nights over the May bank holiday weekend. We had a lovely time. The cottage was clean and comfortable and has a very well equipped kitchen. Didi was very helpful and the check in instructions were clear. We used it as a base to visit Burford and Burton. We ate at the Wheatsheaf pub/hotel one evening which Didi recommended, would recommend. There is a lovely park a few minutes walk away which our toddler enjoyed and plenty of green space for dog walking. Parking was quite easy to find in the village, we had three cars between us and didn’t struggle to find parking. Would happily return. Thanks Didi, great host.

We had a fantastic time at this beach cottage as a family of 2 adults, a toddler and a baby. The location was excellent, just a 12 minute walk to the beach (Camber Sands) and about a 10 minute drive to the medieval town of Rye. The cottage itself was nicely decorated (Cape Cod style interiors) and the hosts were extremely responsive, eg when we mentioned that there was no kitchen roll. We made use of the travel cot and highchair provided as well. Will definitely recommend to others!

Fabulous week, swallows nest cottage was lovely and the swimming pool was great, we were the only ones in there each time. Chris even opened the pool early for us which was much appreciated. Used the steam room too and the fabulous hot tub - had fabulous walks with our two spaniels, along the coast to Firehills was our favourite. The Cove pub was amazing, very dog friendly, warm (log fire) and welcoming, food fantastic. All in all a really lovely week. Chris and Erik very ready to help but totally happy to leave you to enjoy their lovely gardens etc. We’ll be back! Thank you Chris and Erik

Lovely place to stay with great facilities. Super host. Loved the small touches such as the access to children’s toys and wine on arrival. Fantastic views . We loved that we could watch the animals. The place felt very private and was in a great location to visit nearby towns. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

For my first holiday away with my 2 beautiful children I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The cottage is beautiful, the gardens and surrounding grounds are stunning, simply a lovely place to be. We spent a lot of time in the cottage and use if the new fire pit in the evenings as it was so peaceful and relaxing. 2 main attractions for us were Pooh Corner with Ashdown Forrest for all your Winnie the Pooh adventures, and Hever Castle which is a lovely day out. Tennis courts and a lovely pool to boot ❤️❤️❤️ Caroline left some beautiful touches, some Easter treats for my children and a host of food and fresh juice, lovely 😍❤️

My family had a wonderful stay during Easter holidays. Everything about our stay was very easy due to Helen’s fantastic instructions and online guide. We all loved using the pool, it was clean and warm. Sharing the pool with the other holiday let was no bother as the pool was plenty big enough for everyone. The village and setting itself is beautiful and so close to many amenities. The children have already asked to come back!!

We had a lovely stay, the little house was clean, cosy and warm, everything you need, we explored the area for walks. We walked to the local pub , The Fox Inn they where very friendly the food was nice. We went to the Parrot at Forest Green for a Sunday Roast which was great. Horsham is near if you fancy a potter around the shops and pick up some bits. Guildford was 30 minutes away also another lovely day there too. Thank you we enjoyed our visit.
