Really cute place. It’s not big, but it’s laid out very functionally and makes great use of the space. Clean, comfortable, and we never felt unsafe. Walkable to the Redondo pier as well as the Hollywood Riviera. Lots to do and see and so many restaurant choices. Five stars in my book!

We are a very private family and this stay was perfect! I work a very busy corporate job so when we take vacation I always appreciate the opportunity to have a peaceful place to stay! I cannot thank you enough for the hospitality. I will definitely save this as a place to visit again!

As nomadic travelers who stay in Airbnb rentals pretty much full time, we can honestly say that Cheryl & Tim’s brilliant, adorable attic conversion is the most welcoming, cozy,well maintained unit we have ever had the pleasure to call home. These hosts could teach a master class in making guests feel comfortable. The other reviews accurately describe all the tangible amenities, so I’ll just add that we truly appreciate the space these hosts created & can highly recommend to any person/ couple staying in the Upland/Claremont area. We already booked a return stay.

I highly recommend Janet’s guest house. We felt right at home and hope to return soon. It’s a peaceful setting while being centrally located. Janet is a friendly, responsive and welcoming host.

Wendy's place was perfect place for me, my wife, and toddler to stay. Our bungalow was tucked in the back and there plenty of areas to sit outside. The place felt quiet and secluded even though it was a very easy walk to Redondo Pier. Street parking was very easy, the bed was comfy, and it was a great value. We'd stay here again for sure

Wonderful stay! Place was so clean and as described. As soon as I walked in I felt relaxed and slept so well and just felt at home. The outside space is also beautiful with a beautiful pool. While it was too cold for me to swim I relaxed outside and read my book and enjoyed the space. Can highly recommend!

Virgie's place was clean, peaceful, and cozy. It is in a wonderful neighborhood. The guest suite is attached to the main house, but the entrance was private and you could not hear anything from the main house making it feel very private. Everything was very clean and there were just enough amenities to spend three nights there. There is no kitchen sink so you will have to wash everything in the bathroom. The bed in the bedroom was so comfortable!

Lovely place! Looks better in person and has a real homey feel to it, which makes you instantly comfortable. It also smelled really good upon entry which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend.

This was such a peaceful, cozy place to stay in. I was able to spend an entire day to myself, here, and it was such a comforting place to refresh for the week ahead. Martha was super active and responsive to any questions that I had, and I felt very much at home in the space. It’s everything you want in a small, cozy space!

Had a wonderful stay at Paige’s property. The home was exactly as described and just what we needed for our overnight stay. The place was clean, the bed was comfy and everything was tastefully decorated, with wonderful touches from fresh milk and eggs in the fridge to the fluffy large towels in the bathroom. Paige’s instructions for finding the location and check in were super clear. Dirt roads led up to the property adding to the nice, secluded feel, but we were never out of cell phone reception and were less than 10 mins from where we needed to go. Waking up to the beautiful views, sinking into the comfy outdoor lounge chair with a cuppa, watching hot air balloons floating in the distance and a visit from a bunny and a kitty made for a perfect morning! Thanks to Paige and Joseph for being so warm and welcoming. All the best and would recommend anyone to stay here while in the area - no doubt it’ll only get better as they continue to make the most of their lovely home.

I enjoyed staying with you all, the listing was amazing and it felt right at home. The location was very nice and has plenty of beautiful beaches nearby. Hosts were super friendly and their responses times were very quickly. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The guesthouse is all yours with ensuite kitchen and bathroom. The place is very spacious. The area is perfect, right in the center and can travel anywhere within short period of time with your car. We glad we chose his place and get a chance to live like a local.

Thank you for a wonderful stay, Lynn! Our family of three greatly enjoyed utilizing this surprisingly roomy and wonderfully outfitted studio apartment to explore Claremont and the 5Cs. We were able to walk over to the 5Cs and the village each day during our 5-day stay for various events and tours. Such a pleasant walk through the streets of the apartment's central Claremont neighborhood location. It was also an easy walk to Trader Joes for groceries.

This place is absolutely amazing! I have been in many attachments or guest house style airbnbs and this felt so much more inviting than any other. That is probably because Jennifer is so open and welcoming. The dogs are so sweet! Local trails are are in the area, there are numerous walkable restaurants and coffee shops. Oh and there is a gorgeous garden.
