We had a great time staying at Tim's house this past weekend. The home was clean, lots of extra linens and kitchen items. Backyard was amazing. Home is about 5 minutes from a few grocery stores and plenty of restaurant. Tim was also very generous and communicated with us everytime we had a question. Hands down, a wonderful option if you're staying in Palm Springs.

Best stocked kitchen of any Airbnb I've rented! House is laid out nicely, pool and hot tub clean as well as furniture, kitchen, baths, bedrooms. Highly recommend, the photos don't do it justice! Thank you Nadia:)

Great place to stay! Wonderful amenities, clean and comfortable. We saw a few windy days but I think that is normal for this part of the desert. Overall a fantastic experience. We’ll be back again soon!

This house is a true gem of Palm Springs. We came for a long weekend and the space as absolutely as described. Plenty of room to spread out inside and outside the house. The pool is outstanding and the hot tub is an added bonus, especially for cool nights. We really liked the layout of the house, with the casita on the side for anyone that needs extra privacy. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but also close to the main strip and restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay here again, thank you for hosting us, A+++!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Palm Springs home! The house was spotless, stylish, and incredibly peaceful—just what I needed for a relaxing getaway. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the outdoor space was perfect for soaking up the sun. The hosts were responsive and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and stylish retreat.

The house is very spacious and comfortable, well stocked, great master shower, updated bathrooms, great kitchen for cooking and hanging out. The backyard is beautiful, pool and spa were lovely and we really enjoyed the views of the mountains in the daytime and stars at night. Jerry was very responsive to all our questions. The only con I would mention is that the house is near the airport. Our first night there were quite a few planes coming in to land at PSP, flying low and right over the house. Jerry mentioned this is pretty unusual, and the rest of the stay planes were noticeable but did not fly directly overhead. Would definitely still recommend, and would stay here again.

The house is beautiful, we were a big group that visited Palm Springs to attend Coachella. Ideal for it, very close to the shuttle, clean and spacious for a big group. Hosts are very hospitable, prompt on text and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time here! The house is beautiful and can fit so many people very comfortably. We enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen and in the backyard when we were back from our day’s activities. There are a couple things people may want to know before booking - it’s a quiet neighborhood, so you’ll need to be quiet or indoors after 9pm. This wasn’t an issue for us, but if your group wants to be outside late into the evening, this would not be the place for you. Also, Kimberly charges by the number of people, not just a flat rate. That’s not something I’ve ever seen before, but she’s up front about everything, so as long as you know and are okay with that, it’s a great place to stay. We overall had a wonderful time. And I’d recommend staying there.

Amazing place in La Quinta!! Very clean and spacious for a group of 5 with easy access to the pool! Chat was a great host and super responsive!! Will definitely look to book again in the future!

We had a larger group stay at Dan's place and had the best time! Dan was a wonderful host - he was very communicative, let us drop off bags early, gave us very helpful recommendations and was responsive to any and all questions/requests. The location was wonderful and easy drive to local wineries. In addition to the accommodating rooms, there were multiple living spaces the group could come together in. Though a big reason we booked this Airbnb was for the pool, we had unexpected poor weather, and Dan was quick to respond to our request to heat it for our group. Also, though we didn't have children in the group, this home is very well accommodated for young kids and families. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place! Looks exactly like what is advertised. Very clean and had enough space for everyone to lounge and relax. The kitchen is also very well stocked. Julien was a wonderful host and very responsive. We didn’t have enough paper towels and Julien sent some right over. So we didn’t have to go get any ourselves. Would definitely stay here again if we ever travel to Palm Springs.

The house was beautiful and well taken care of. It had everything you would need. The checkout procedures were so easy and quick unlike other places I have stayed. The management company was very easy to work with and prompt in communication. I would definitely go back to this house or another one of their properties. It would be perfect for a wine tasting group.

I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful and peaceful Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely relaxed. The property is stunning — surrounded by nature, quiet, and immaculately kept. The highlight for me was definitely the pool: crystal clear, perfectly maintained, and such a serene spot to unwind. Whether I was swimming, lounging with a book, or just enjoying the view, it felt like my own private paradise. The hosts were also fantastic — warm, responsive, and respectful of privacy. I can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back!

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in and I will for sure be coming back! Both Dr. Dimitris and the property manager, Tyler, were incredibly responsive and attentive. The house was stunning both inside and outside and we felt right at home. We all felt safe and comfortable - and we were thoroughly impressed by how well the property was taken care of. The house was clean and was full of useful amenities that made us feel right at home. Super close to our favorite wineries, but to be honest - we couldn’t wait to get back and lay by the pool. The house made our trip memorable and I cannot wait to stay here again.

This place is actually a peacock sanctuary. So if you don’t like being around birds and their noises, this may not be the place for you. However, the property is beautiful. Very expansive, and the grounds people are there the whole time but make it feel like you are at a resort (you park your car in a dirt area and they golf cart you to the door). They uncover the pool and clean it and even helped setup our hibachi chef under the stars! This house had everything you needed. Don’t bring anything but food. They had spices, coffee, all cookware, even hair ties and coffee syrups. We stayed for a girls weekend and thought it was perfect and well worth the price. Again, some might not enjoy the peacock experience, but you get used to the “mating calls” :)

Basil was extremely accommodating during our stay - they were always responsive to any questions we had to make sure we had the best experience during our time. The location was perfect for our use. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Additionally, the home was very comfortable, well stocked with amenities and we felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to others.

We had a very nice time at this location. Our group enjoyed the jacuzzi, grill, and nice location. For a large group there are a lot of multi purpose use spaces and we would stay here again!

The place was perfect for our family and for our little toddlers. The house held us perfectly. The yard is gorgeous with grass everywhere to walk on yourself or to have your toddlers run around and get their sillies out. The Jacuzzi was a great thing. It was perfect. It’s large enough to hold enough people and the yard is just spectacular. The house is just a great great house. And the house was always available.

Marina was an incredible host. The home was exactly as pictured if not, better! Very spacious, comfortable and the beds and linens were inviting, soft and comfortable. Felt like we got the right bang for our buck after searching endlessly for short term rentals. Neighborhood is lovely, quiet with breathtaking views of the mountains. Very happy with our stay!
