We stayed here for Week 1 of Coachella and the location was perfect. The AC and fans were so nice considering how hot it was outside, spacious for being a 1 bedroom, and the bed was extremely comfy. Location wise it took us only 10 minutes to get to the festival. Food & shopping was a 5 minute walk right across the street that had great restaurants and cafes for morning coffee & breakfast. Alex was super flexible & responsive with us when requesting an early check in. Thank you guys we really appreciate it!

This was our second stay at Jordan's place and it felt like we were arriving back 'home' - such a lovely feeling. The condo was spotlessly clean, we love the location, walking distance to everything in San Clemente. We travelled with two kids and they loved the beach bits. We used the grill for the first time and really enjoyed a couple of meals out on the deck. Highly recommend this place. We'll hope to return again one day. Thank you Jordan for hosting us!

Great location and great host! Robert’s place was very close to the beach and walkable all over town. We parked and never started our car again until we left. Check in was easy. Robert’s place was immaculate and inviting. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Robert was helpful and very responsive. We would stay again and definitely recommend this listing.

We stayed here for our Coachella trip and boy was it awesome! This place is so beautiful and the perfect location. Private and lots of space. The apartment is in perfect condition and everything was very clean. The washer and dryer is so good and having the big balcony out back is an awesome touch. We would definitely stay here again and are looking forward to coming back 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spot. My daughter, partner and I loved the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table and the rest of the elegant yard with a stunning view of San Jacinto Mountains. At night, we enjoyed the fire pit while looking at the night sky. The kitchen was very well stocked with all manner of gadgets and we enjoyed cooking and grilling nearly all of our meals. Shane communicated very clearly and promptly addressed a small maintenance issue that came up. Highly recommend!

We had the best time staying at this Airbnb. We were in the area for work and Nathan’s flexibility and helpfulness for us was truly amazing! The place was clean and spacious and great location. Thank you for having us, we can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay! Condo was just as described, the pool was super close to the unit which we enjoyed. Neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Had everything we needed to enjoy our meals! Thank you 😊 For festival goers, this location was only 7 mins from our shuttle pick up location which was great!

Perfect home away from home! Will absolutely stay again. We went skiing and it was only 50 min drive from the ski resort- we loved having a spacious quiet home to relax in after our busy days. The town of Redlands is super cute as well!

We stayed for Coachella weekend. The house was very close to the shuttle stop at Albertsons. The pool was fantastic on a hot day. The house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying for your trip! The host was quick to respond to questions and the house had everything we needed.

Great place to stay. The home itself is awesome with a pool, spa, and mini golf. Inside is cool and modern but still comfy. Location is convenient for exploring the area. Very responsive host!

ive stayed in tons of airbnbs n this was genuinely my favorite one thus far as it was incredible in every aspect! it was clean, safe, exactly as described if not bigger than i imagined, and comfortable. Laura was also so wonderful to work with. She was so friendly and utterly helpful for my many questions — very accommodating to my needs as well! the price was great as well especially considering everything available to us. i would absolutely 100% return next time im in the area. 10/10 experience!

Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

Rosie is such a forthcoming host and always prompt to respond. The house is wonderful, bright, clean, spacious, and looks better than in photos. If you’re looking for a cozy home in a safe neighborhood and not too far from downtown, look no further!

The house was great. Easy to find and centrally located. Nice back patio, large couch, and well appointed kitchen for an airbnb. Neighborhood was really nice. You could hear some traffic noise from the main road, but it wasn’t bad unless you’re a really light sleeper. Beds were comfy and lots of extra blankets in the closets.

The house was clean. The decorations were beautiful. This home had something for everyone. The games and pool were a hit. The pool was clean. The fire pit was nice. Pool table was in the living room and we used it everyday . We like how we had the option to warm up the pool- which we did & it was perfect. The outdoor lights did not work the first night and we weren’t able to stay out but the host got it fixed the next day and we had lights! The neighborhood was quiet & peaceful. The host responded quickly and was very kind. We had a great time. Thank you for having us. We will definitely be back.

The condo was very comfortable and it was nice to come "home" after a day out exploring Palm Springs and surrounding areas. I really appreciated that there were already ice cubes in the ice trays as it was getting hot during my visit, so we were able to use the ice right away. The only possible negative was the hallway shower has a low water pressure. But it was good enough that we never had to use the primary bathroom's tub. The water is sufficiently hot. We arrived after dark and we couldn't find the exact condo location. But Roshi called me and walked me through finding it over the phone. Overall the communications have been very responsive and professional.

Our second stay at Riley and Kevin's fantastic apartment. We wouldn't really want to stay anywhere else, but it is rightly popular! Riley and Kevin were flexible with check in which we really appreciated in our jet lagged state. Wonderful location - peaceful yet just 5 mins walk to stores, restaurants, health food cafe, and bakery (and 7 minutes to a great outdoor 50m public swimming pool). In some seasons you could manage without a car - and it is very close to the airport- but also easy parking. The set up is perfect (kind of an L shape) so both bedrooms and baths have privacy if you want it and the kitchen and living area have everything you need, including board games. Good air conditioning aided by fans in each room. You can use the complex's swimming pools and hot tubs which are also peaceful (with neighbours, not parties!). Many thoughtful touches make it an ideal holiday base to explore the desert cities - we will be back!

Very convenient for stagecoach/Coachella shuttle, pick up and away from crowds, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The place was very cute and clean. Perfect for 2 to 4 people.

Sally was very gracious, hospitable, and accommodating throughout the entire process from booking to check out. She was very responsive and helpful any time we had questions. The place was PERFECT for our weekend at Stagecoach. Everything was clean and tidy, and there was a guidebook in almost every room to help us navigate the space. Would highly recommend this stay!

Tim's place was in a perfect location, and walking distance to great restaurants and shops in Palm Springs. The home was as advertised, and was very clean and comfortable. The complex has great pools and facilities as well. Our group loved staying at Tim's place an we will book again in the future.

Excellent experience! I needed to book a last minute place to stay for Coachella and I wanted to be close to the Indian Wells Tennis Club (best Coachella shuttle stop!). Fortunately, Art’s place was available and for a good price too, especially considering how expensive prices are for Coachella. Private, easy-to-find, well-furnished and decorated, it really was the perfect place to look forward to coming back to after a day of dancing and walking all over to go between performances and stages. Extra thanks to Art for allowing a late checkout, much appreciated after a very late night due to the delayed shuttles. I would love to return again in the future!
