I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back

Modern and fairly new! Place was clean and the neighborhood was beautiful! Checkin was easy and directions were clear! Will definitely be staying here again! Wonderful place to stay if you’re coming to the sunshine state!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Everything seemed brand new, communication was quick, the pool was very relaxing, and there was so much to do nearby. The bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of room. We look forward to staying here again.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. The bed was so comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. Each morning we enjoyed sitting on the back deck and listening to the lovely birds. We would stay here again, highly recommended it.

Place was great as described by the host . Host and his friend Rodney were very helpful throughout the stay. They understood our needs and took care of all the problems. If you want to stay near the downtown this is the great place .

From our first communication, Glenn and Kelly they were very nice very responsive the whole process of checking in went very smoothly. The place was absolutely beautiful and very very clean. It was a very nice area. We felt very much at home and It was far enough out-of-the-way to be private, but very close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend Glen and Kelly as hosts and we would also recommend the property that’s a beautiful place to stay in Saint Augustine

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

We had an amazing trip to Jax Beach, thanks to Tricia! She was very communicative and accommodating with any questions we had. The condo was so comfortable and nicely decorated. Extra pillows and blankets were provided as well as beach chairs, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. The gym was nice and easily accessible, as well as the pool, outdoor shower, and bike rack. Waking up to the sunrise over the beach was magical! The location could not have been more perfect - a nice bike ride to the Atlantic Beach shops and restaurants or a short walk to Jax Beach area. But best of all, the beach was right outside our door! I looked at MANY listings before choosing this one and I am so happy with the decision we made. We will be back!

We've rented units in this building previously, but this was our favorite unit by far. This is a well-appointed condo with gorgeous views and owners who clearly strive to take care of their guests. The unit has comfy beds, pillows and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels, and an array of bath toiletries. And, it's always great to rent a condo with a full-sized washer and dryer, kicking a/c and hot, well-pressurized showers. We liked the property so much that we extended our stay. Lastly, communications with Brooke couldn't have better. Very proactive and helpful. Terrific stay and we will definitely rent again. Thanks so much for a great trip.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, updated condo! The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The kitchen was modern, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to great restaurants and bars. We especially loved the Tiki bar next door—highly recommend the fish tacos! Todd was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated his hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

The home was beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful. It's close to the interstate for quick travel to the beach and the Mayo clinic. The hosts stayed in contact for any information we needed throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The heated pool was the highlight of the property. The location was fantastic, with many restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and Brian and Ashley were fantastic hosts, always responsive to our questions. Jack's place was awesome. We had tons of fun with all the outdoor games and the game room area too. We loved sitting around the campfire area and just telling stories and laughing. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. Makes you feel at home. Definitely will recommend! Thank you!

Yelena was very responsive! Asked about a grill and at first she said no. A couple days later she sent me a pic of a new Weber grill! The Mr. Coffee went out and she had a new one on the porch in 30 mins! She also let us use the garage door opener which was very helpful with multiple load in/outs for a wedding. All questions before arrival we answered very promptly! Nice place. Comfortable for six separate sleeping adults. Three nice full baths. Bedrooms are 1 down and 4 up which could be very useful with a guest with mobility issues!
