Welcome to our neat, spacious, ground-level, downstairs apartment! Garage access and parking for 4-5 cars! We are tucked away in the suburbs with a nice view of the Jordan Valley and Oquirrh mountains and yet close to EVERYTHING; 17min from downtown SLC, 20 min to Skiing, 15 min from “silicon slopes”. We live upstairs and have 4 little kids under the age of 10 so it may be a little…stompy. And screamy. And sound like a dump truck unloading potatoes upstairs, but only from 8-10am and 5-9pm😇

Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.
