This place was fantastic. Great little spot for a family vacation. Pool was nice to have right outside our door in the evening when we wanted to swim after a long day. Sunny is super responsive and helpful with everything! Very clean and comfortable, definitely 10 out of 10!

The house was just as described. The neighborhood was quiet. Padre Island only 15 min away. Les responded quickly to questions. Enjoyed our stay

We loved our stay, the place had everything we needed. Nice decorations. Short walk to the beach 5-7 minutes. As a mom i loved the water hose outside the condo to clean everything before getting inside.every thing was amazing.

We really enjoyed a long weekend here! The place was really clean as well as stocked! They have really thought through the little things to make it comfortable!

The chalet exceeded expectations! The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were fully equipped and provided with all the necessary comforts. Everything was in place, which gave more of a “resident” feeling rather than that of a guest. Excellent! In addition, we had no disturbance from the neighbors at all, which contributed positively to our sleep quality. Do note: the outer walls of the chalet are not made of stone and offer limited sound insulation, so noise from the street or nearby gardens/air conditioning units can be heard. The surroundings feel very safe, and the people are extremely friendly. It’s a good neighborhood that’s only improving due to ongoing development projects. All in all, aside from the cleanliness, a fantastic location and chalet that we thoroughly enjoyed. 100% Recommended!

We enjoyed staying at Gull Cottage. It was very clean and had lots of room. The pool was a nice touch for the kids.The beach was very close and it was a very quiet area. I liked that a few laundry pods were given as I had forgot mine at home. We liked that there were tvs in each room and very nice comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to stay in the area.

Absolutely great hosts! Great place! We contacted Marta during a TERRIBLE 1st family trip with our baby, We found Martas listing late on a Friday night after a hectic day at our 1st place, (DIFFERENT HOST, NOT MARTA) toilet leaking through floor and onto bed, broken showers, never cleaned...terrible. Marta reached RIGHT out to us. You could tell she really felt bad and cared about helping us!! The great thing was that she is local and actually went to the rental before us to make sure it was proper for us. So we got to meet her, She really stepped up and really helped recover our family trip. She was very nice. Her rental was by far the cleanest, nicest, well decorated places I've stayed. Sheets, towels, pillows all smelt washed and fresh. With listing's that always look nice and then turn out cruddy. Marta listing was a true representation of what you pay for. If we did have to find an improvement it would prob be new pans. kinda warped and hard to cook on. Marta rentals from now on!!

Great place. Very accommodating living space fir the amount of people that can stay. Bigger than looks in pictures too. Beautiful home.
