We stayed at this lovely cottage in late November and we were delighted with every aspect of the stay. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and was well equipped. The hot-tub was wonderful and sitting there on a chilly night with a view of SG was amazing. Annalisa and Davide were really nice and friendly and very helpful- great hosts. It was about 35 minutes to walk to the town, so quite walkable, and wonderfully quiet and rural (one morning there were 3 deer walking past the window). We had a very nice day out in Sienna which was easy to drive to. I would definitely recommend this place as somewhere really special.

Lovely, peaceful, spacious place with a kind and generous host in Simone. He met us as we arrived and used his wagon to help move our luggage into the cottage. Big rooms, lots of space, many handy supplies in the kitchen. Good shower, comfortable bed. Enough bench space in the bathroom to put your things. Simone was really helpful with local recommendations for restaurants and where to park the car. One day he made a delicious tart and bought us in half. Would recommend staying at his place.

Our family loved this cottage. Plenty of space for the kids to stretch their legs and the recommendations for a private chef were amazing. Easy drive to lots of lovely places in the Chianti region.

De B&B van Maria en Luca is echt een paradijsje! Bij aankomst stonden ze al ons op te wachten. We kregen een uitleg en kleine tour. Er stond een heerlijke prosecco koud, kaasjes, eieren frisdrank en nog meer. Het huisje is voorzien van een complete keuken en op de eerste verdieping (wat toch ook weer begane grond is) is de slaapkamer. Wij hebben heerlijk geslapen, soms hoorde we de jonge everzwijnen scharrelen en verder genieten van de stilte. De tuin is werkelijk prachtig. Alles is met liefde en aandacht verzorgd. Van de egeltjes op de trap tot de beeldjes in de plantenbakken, de heerlijk ruikende bloemen, de hangmat en het fijne zwembad. Er zoemen prachtige blauw zwarte bijen boven je hoofd in de pergola waar je in de middagzon heerlijk een glaasje prosecco drinkt. Genua is ongeveer 25 min rijden. En Camogli en Portofino ongeveer een uur. De hele kust is prachtig. Toen we vanochtend met pijn in ons hart na 5 dagen weer naar huis gingen stond er nog een verassing voor de deur

La casa è molto accogliente e funzionale, grandi spazi sia interni che esterni. La casa si trova in un ottima posizione. Spero di poterci ritornare. Grazie Margherita.

Sara and Brian are truly amazing hosts—proactive, kind, and fascinating to talk to. Their home is enchanting, like stepping into a real fairytale. You can feel how much love and care they’ve poured into every detail. It’s one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever stayed in! Not only is the house and the garden magical, but it’s also so practical and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The gym was fantastic, and the house had plenty of space for two families. Even with 2 adults and 4 “monkeys” (our energetic kids), there was room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and celebrating New Year’s Eve with fireworks lighting up the entire region was an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Sara and Brian, for sharing your incredible home with us. We can’t wait to return!!!

Gianluca war ein sehr fürsorglicher Host. Erreichbarkeit und Kommunikation einfach, unkompliziert und schnell - in sehr gutem Englisch. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für jeden der Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht. Das Haus hat alles was es für einen schönen Urlaub braucht inklusive großem Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool. Gianluca hat uns sehr gute Restaurants und Ausflugsziele empfohlen. Vor allem auch viele Insidertipps, d.h. keine Touristenhochburgen sondern lokale in denen Einheimische essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊 Danke Gianluca 👍

La casetta con campagna di Francesco e Laura è molto graziosa, immersa fra gli ulivi e la natura. Un contesto veramente bello e perfetto per rilassarsi, ma anche come punto di appoggio per visitare le bellezze della Toscana. L’alloggio dispone di tutto quel che serve per un soggiorno, il caminetto una vera chicca per creare un’atmosfera romantica. Se proprio dovessi fare una critica direi che il letto non è il top della comodità ma, essendo un divano letto ( visto il contesto open Space ) è assolutamente tollerabile. L’host Francesco ci ha accolto di persona e si è rivelato subito molto gentile e disponibile per renderci il soggiorno al top. Consigliatissimo!

Charming little cottage perfect for a small family in the hills near Florence. Had everything we needed. About 25 minutes drive through the country to central Florence so perfect for day trips in. Lovely walks in the olive groves around the cottage.

siamo stati solo una notte ma ci siamo trovati benissimo! la casa è completa di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno, arredata con cura e pulitissima. oltre al riscaldamento c' è una bella stufa che nelle giornate fredde rende tutto più suggestivo. una cura dei dettagli davvero speciale, dai sacchi per la raccolta differenziata ai prodotti da bagno... si vede che la Sig.ra Margherita e suo marito ci tengono! un saluto speciale a Zucchero!

Non occorre usare parole ridondanti per dire quanto ci siamo trovati bene; e' evidente come nella deliziosa casetta di Sandra ogni cosa sia stata sistemata per rendere la permanenza degli ospiti il più possibile gradevole. Pulizia, dotazione di accessori, posizione, posto macchina, tranquillità della zona...e l'elenco potrebbe proseguire a lungo; e poi che dire di Sandra, una persona di una solarità fuori dal comune che accoglie i propri ospiti con un sorriso che è come un abbraccio....grazie mille e complimenti, speriamo tanto di ritornare!

1.000 caratteri disponibili non sarebbero sufficienti per descrivere la magia di Maison Buschin e dell'energia vitale del suo appassionato proprietario Riccardo, che abbiamo avuto la grande fortuna di conoscere personalmente, visto che era di passaggio in zona (e come se non bastasse ci ha portato pure un ottimo dolcetto). Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana per affinare il nostro album musicale e la tranquillità della zona è stata superlativa. Con il bel tempo i dintorni della casa diventano magnifici, con le colline tutte intorno e le montagne in lontanza, uno spettacolo. La casa è proprio come in foto e ha tutto quello che serve per trascorrere delle giornate super piacevoli. Il giardino esterno un valore aggiunto incredibile. Riccardo host davvero spaziale, reattivo nella comunicazione e sempre disponibile. Ci sentiamo davvero di dire grazie a questo posto e a Riccardo perché qui abbiamo respirato davvero. Ovviamente non lo consiglio a nessuno, altrimenti non troveremo più posto.

Wij hebben bijna twee weken verbleven in het huisje van Leonardo en we hebben heel erg genoten. Het zwembad was voor ons een echte uitblinker. Je hebt het zwembad helemaal voor jezelf alleen en is prive gelegen. De omgeving is erg rustig en het uitzicht vanaf het huisje fantastisch. Wel zal je even in de auto moeten zitten om een grotere supermarkt te bezoeken (~20 minuten) of naar een stadje te gaan (Sienna, Perugia bijvoorbeeld). Wij genoten juist van de rust en het weer en de privacy. Er is op loopafstand een restaurantje wat zeker een aanrader is! Het huisje zelf was erg goed schoongemaakt toen we aankwamen en Leonardo bood ook nieuw beddengoed aan na een week als we dat wilde, heel netjes. Verder is het huisje wel simpel te noemen en het is niet groot, maar alles wat je nodig hebt zit er in (koelkast met vriezer, vaatwasser, goede TV, goed internet, etc) en als je daar op vakantie ben, ga je natuurlijk ook niet binnenzitten... Misschien komen we nog eens terug!

Soggiorno fantastico per due persone con vista mozzafiato e accesso diretto al mare. Donatella è molto disponibile come host e saprà darvi consigli utili su porto santo Stefano e calette della zona. Super consigliato!

Die Unterkunft von Giovanni entspricht den Erwartungen die man durch die Beschreibung und den Bildern erhält in vollem Umfang. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern Vorort. Das ist auch das Maximum und eher sehr eng aber das war uns vorher klar. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen und etwa 2,5 km von dem Ort Scarlino entfernt. Wir fanden es sehr ruhig und in wunderbarer Lage. Wir sind morgens mit dem Fahrrad zum Bäcker gefahren um frische Brötchen zu kaufen. Das Highlight ist aber der fantastische große Pool welcher morgens und nachmittags vor und nach unserem Strandtag ausgiebig genutzt wurde. Des Weiteren kann man sich auch unter einen schönen Schattenplatz unter der riesigen Palme am Pool ausruhen. Der nächste Strand ist ca. 10km entfernt in Follonica. Der Strand ist sehr groß und lang aber in den Sommerferien natürlich sehr voll. Wir haben uns fast alle Strände in 30min Entfernung angesehen und genossen. Auch die Stadt Pisa ist in 1 Stunde 45min gut zu erreichen und sehr sehenswert

Staying at David's place was wonderful. When we arrived, David and his wife Mika gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. The following days we really enjoyed living in their house Tre Mari, it was cozy, very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and the bed super comfy. The view was breathtaking. Finding the way to David's place was easy, because he described it really well for us. Be sure to rent a small car, because the roads can be tricky, but we can guarantee it is worth it! We also enjoyed the company of David's 2 cats that live outside while we stayed at Tre Mari, they were cute and cuddly. If you don't like cats in the house, don't worry, they stay outside anyways. Monte Argentario and the whole area is very well suited for daily hikes and breathtaking views, and there are many really nice bays for swimming. All in all we can very much recommend this place, it was a great vacation and lovely to meet David and Mika.

La casa è bella e offre tutti i servizi necessari. La strada per arrivare, soprattutto nell'ultimo tratto, si inerpica un po', tuttavia non è stato difficile raggiungere l'alloggio. Si gode di una bella vista e della tranquillità della natura, la strada è trafficata pochissimo ed è possibile uscire a piedi per fare una splendida passeggiata nei boschi. Le camere sono accoglienti, i letti comodi, i bagni funzionali, gli spazi per mangiare e rilassarsi sufficientemente spaziosi (eravamo 4 adulti e 2 cani). Il riscaldamento dei termosifoni avviene attraverso la cucina a legna, inizialmente serve prendere un po' di dimestichezza ma una volta scaldata la casa risulterà molto confortevole e il fuoco del legno è un ottimo compagno per trascorrere momenti di relax e tranquillità lontano dal caos e dalla frenesia. Chris è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni. Un solo suggerimento: una guida sull'uso della cucina a legna

Urlaub und Entspannung von der ersten Minute an. Schön eingerichtetes Haus mit zwei geräumigen Zimmern sowie Bad und Küchenzeile. Perfekte sonnige Terrasse, auf der man von morgens bis abends seine Zeit verbringen kann. Tisch, Stühle, Sessel und Liegen vorhanden. Gut erreichbar ca. 20 km von der Autobahn. In 15 km Entfernung alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wir hatten schöne Tage bei Paul Antoine. Wir haben die ruhige Lage und die wunderschöne Natur um uns herum genossen. Bei dem tollen Wetter konnten wir die Terrasse super zum Essen nutzen und mit dem Auto haben wir die Gegend mit den tollen Ausflugszielen (Berge, Strände) erkundet. Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Ausstattung war gut.

My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon and we absolutely fell in love with this place! The scenery is gorgeous, the view from the cottage did not get old! Very private setting in a peaceful neighborhood. Andrea was a fantastic host, along with the help of his lovely parents. He communicated with me at every step of the way making sure all of our needs were taken care of. Could not be happier with our stay and it made our honeymoon very special.
