Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con chimenea en Riviera Ligure di Levante

La casa di Melissa è una grossa casa con ampia cucina abitabile e una bella sala, quattro camere da letto matrimoniali permettono tanti ospiti oppure una buona organizzazione per le famiglie. Peccato un solo bagno per quattro camere! La cucina è completamente accessoriata in modo da non dover portare sostanzialmente niente. Bella veranda fronte cucina con vista panoramica sul golfo di saint-florent e oletta, splendida! Ampio giardino terrazzato con area relax, e una piccola piscina per godersi anche i momenti a casa. Oletta è esposta al sole ma ventilata , giusto a 10 minuti da Saint-Florent e dalle spiagge, 35 minuti da Bastia, posizione ottimale per la vacanza senza confusione della costa. Melissa è stata un host gentile e disponibile, reattiva ai messaggi e collaborante sul check-in. Una vacanza da consigliare!

Il delizioso alloggio di Alexander è luminoso e fresco. Ampi e funzionali spazi all’interno e un comodo accesso su uno spazio esterno in affaccio sul mare al di là di via Panoramica. Perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia e come base per esplorare i meravigliosi dintorni dell’Argentario. Ci siamo innamorati di Cala del Gesso e Cala Grande, raggiungibili a pochi minuti in macchina (e una bella passeggiata, impegnativa ma affascinante) dall’alloggio. Alexander e Ariel sono stati cordiali e disponibilissimi. Consigliato!

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

Logement fidèle à la description. Très propre, rangé, bien équipé. Facile d’accès avec un parking quelques mètres plus loin. L’hôte était très réactive et arrangeante ! Nous avions réservé ce séjour dans le cadre du Grand Prix moto du Mugello et le logement est à une distance très correcte du circuit (20aine de minutes). Dans le village, toutes commodites : petite superette, quelques restaurants, café, distributeur de liquide, poste … Le cadre est très joli et calme. En Bref, je recommande fortement ce logement et merci pour cet accueil !

Wundervoller Rückzugsort in den toskanischen Bergen. Der Ausblick ins Tal ist grandios und lädt zum träumen ein. Im Jacuzzi die Sterne genießen und die Lichter im Tal, herrlich. Sehr ruhig und abgeschieden, weit weg vom Remmidemmi der Touristenorte. Wer es ruhig mag wird dort fündig. Die Unterkunft selbst ist rustikal und schön, alles vorhanden was man wirklich benötigt. Für meine beiden Töchter und mich war es eine schöne erste Station auf unserer Giro d‘Italia, wir würden wieder kommen :-)

Luca’s apartment made our visit to Florence even more enjoyable! The location is perfect—close to everything—and being on the first floor made it super convenient, especially if you prefer not to use the elevator. What we loved the most was how clean and well-equipped the apartment was. Everything we needed was right there. Thank you, Luca, for making our stay smooth and easy. Andrea was such a great host who really cares about his guest and guest needs. Infact he was thoughtful that all amenities were already arranged that we didnt need to ping him during our stay. He was concerned about the time we shall reach and Mattia was already there to welcome us and showed us everything around the apartment. Love Firenze and hope to back one day. We loved our stay at Clara’s apartment! First of all, Clara is a delight. So very warm and friendly. The apartment is located in a perfect location, just outside the mediaeval walls of SG, just several hundred meters from the center of town. The place is well appointed and Clara was incredibly attentive. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Simona’s gorgeous apartment for several weeks and it was a superb experience. The apartment was clean, luxurious, tastefully furnished and more than well equipped. Simona has really thought about all the details. Simona was a fantastic host, so kind, responsive, helpful and friendly! The location close to piazza Massimo d’azeglio was perfect for us, close to the city centre but out of the tourist hustle and bustle. As we travelled with our four year old daughter, the nearby playground was a lifesaver. We have such beautiful memories of our Florence stay thanks to Simona and we would love to return one day.

Great location and great host. Apartment was super nice and clean. Amazing view to the Duomo! Walkable to shopping and restaurants. We had a wonderful time in Florence!

Wow. Just wow. We did not want to leave this wonderful apartment. The terrazzo, the bells of Santa Croce, the sound of kids playing in the park in the afternoon. It is all wonderful. The house in the evening is silent despite the great location close to everything. Simone is a wonderful and thoughtful host, extremely responsive and communicative. We cannot wait to return. A note about the loft: we stayed for almost 3 weeks and the loft was totally fine—even for a claustrophobe!

Naast een supermooie omgeving, is het appartement zeer leuk ingericht. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor lange tochten waar je nadien ideaal kunt verpozen in het huisje

A superb base for group taking part in UTMB Chianti race weekend (around 20 mins drive). The estate’s red wine was particularly tasty way of celebrating. Love to return when warmer to relax by the pool, and enjoy the stunning views.

Gorgeous accommodation in an amazing location. The closeness to Lucca, Pisa etc… makes everything so easy to reach, absolutely convenient. The house is huge with extremely comfortable beds and unique furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and tastefully equipped. It’s hard to spend any time in the house though as the garden is simply divine, it’s a gorgeous, park-like garden with thousands of flowers, so peaceful. Our children spent many hours in the gigantic pool, perfect in the hot summer :-). The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable and we loved cuddles from the beautiful Hugo X. Thank you again and highly recommend this beautiful home away from home.

Our stay at this beautiful Tuscany villa was truly unforgettable. The home perfectly blends charming, traditional Tuscan character with all the modern amenities we could possibly need. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the authentic details — rustic beams, stone walls, and stunning countryside views — all while enjoying updated comforts like a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, and luxurious bathrooms. It was the perfect balance of old-world charm and contemporary convenience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to experience the magic of Tuscany. Highly recommend!

Photos qui correspondent entièrement a la description. La vue est a couper le souffle, la piscine est très bien et bien entretenue, le coin terrasse pour manger est très bien, surtout avec la vue sur la campagne toscane. L'intérieur du logement est vieillot mais correct. C'est paisible, on entend très peu de bruits. En quelques minutes à pied vous êtes dans le centre ville. Pour les propriétaires de chiens comme nous , il faut plutôt avoir un chien non fugueur et le surveiller un minimum. En effet, même un gros chien peut passer a travers la cloture présente. Le terrain est entièrement cloturé, a part 2 chemins qui donnent accès aux vignes, pas de route à ce niveau. Ces 2 chemins se trouvent vers l'arrière de la maison, il est donc possible de faire comprendre a son chien de rester plutôt sur l'avant, où il y a déjà pas mal d'espace. Concernant l'hôte, Franco est extrêmement réactif pour répondre à nos interrogations et très accueillant.

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

Loved Francesco’s place. Beautiful inside and incredible views outside. He is obviously very artistic - there are lots of creative touches in his home, and it is really nicely decorated . He is very responsive, very helpful and offered perfect recommendations and is very friendly. Really wish we could’ve stayed longer. Very happy with our choice in staying here!

Wonderful stay at Domizio’s place. The villa and the whole property is huge and magical with hidden rooms and spaces all around. Everything was a unique experience: from the entrance at the gate and passing through the park and gardens to jumping on your comfortable king bed with a private terrace. We are a big group of friends cooking a lot and having fun at the patio, the pace was perfect for that.
