Renta de casas vacacionales en Riviera Maya

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

Manuel fue un anfitrión muy atento y amable, la casa cumplía con las especificaciones y se encuentra como a 15 minutos del centro caminando. Lo único que nos gustaría destacar es la privacidad de la casa, ya que si estás en busca de ello, no podrás ser debido a que esperábamos estar solos y la familia del anfitrión vive ahí, por lo que decirlo en la descripción es importante. Nos gustaría agradecerle a Manuel por la hora de llegada y salida de la casa ya que fue muy flexible y también por acompañar a mí y a mis amigos al ADO. 🙌

Absolutely fabulous stay. The house was amazing and the hosts are wonderful people. They provided excellent local recommendations and made us feel like treasured guests.

it's a great choice if you get a car or just do not plan on to hotel zone. the location is good, not far from everything. shops and restaurants are in walkable distance. the house itself is neat. very nice terrace with the pool. the neighborhood is quiet that's if you are fornd of good night sleep after all the activities. I would really recommend. the hosts are great. very responsive friendly and always respond quickly. great stay. I will go back again

La casa está muy bonita, grande y limpia La atención del anfitrión fué excelente, la alberca grande y bonita. Tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Hay una tienda 7 eleven y un oxxo muy cerca pero yo recomendaría la renta de un auto para moverse con mayor facilidad , ya que el fraccionamiento se encuentra algo retirado del centro y playas. En conclusión , fué una experiencia muy grata y las próximas vacaciones esperamos volver a reservar en Casa Tucán

We enjoyed our stay, we had 10 people it was a mix of teens, adults and 1 child. The house is beautiful, each bedroom was comfortable and had an en-suite bathroom. The first floor provided good space to gather. In the pool there are 2 shallow areas and 1 is usually in the shade and 1 in the sun, this was helpful to have what each individual needed all day. We loved the neighborhood, it is lush with vegetation and lovely sounds of nature. Right outside the gate is an additional development with many great cafes and areas to walk. We really didn’t discover this until the last day. To do over we would’ve utilized this for dinners or breakfasts. The closest cafe was less than a five minute walk. If you have a car this is a great location to get to the beaches or any surrounding area easily. I would easily recommend this home, the pictures accurately represent the property.

The space is beautiful. Serene atmosphere. Very private, very spacious, light filled, conveniently located. Could not recommend booking Casa Manati more. It's even better than the photos !

Nos fue excelente, el anfitrión siempre al pendiente de nosotros, contestaba rápido. La casa muy cómoda y sobretodo muy limpia, en orden las cosas. En una privada muy segura, guardias amables en todo momento. La recomiendo al 100%. Nos recibieron con el clima de la sala encendido para una bienvenida confortable, tiene todo lo indispensable para pasar un largo tiempo en Playa del Carmen. Tiendas de conveniencia a dos cuadras, cuenta con piscina compartida. En general excelente, por eso las 5/5.

Quiet place and very secure

fue una experiencia agradable tienes muchas comodidades mucha privacidad nadien te molesta . de regresar volveré a buscar esta casa. la seguridad excelente . las personas de mantenimiento excelente nos dejaron entrar 1 hora antes muy amables.. responden tus mensajes rápido.. en esta casa pase una de mis mejores vacaciones las piscinas completamente limpias . todo esta a tu alrededor tiendas restaurantes .

Es un buen lugar para hospedarse tiene privacidad y puedes llegar caminando a el muelle, malecón y a la plaza principal tiene lugares para comer cerca, farmacias y una clínica, la comunicación fue buena respondieron mis dudas y estuvieron a el pendiente de mi llegada, el clima funcionaba bien estaba ordenado el cuarto y la cocina te permitía hacer lo que quisieses de comer, el baño también estaba muy limpio y la regadera tenía agua caliente.

Beautiful surroundings, friendly hosts. Kitchen had coffee maker, electric kettle and other conveniences. Notably, the hosts provided a 5 gallon unopened water cooler jug and that was much appreciated! Beds were adequately comfortable, with clean linens and towels. I slept like a rock-could hear peaceful jungle and rain sounds.

Jessica and her beautiful place are wonderful! She met us when we got there. The whole property is a gorgeous garden with greenery and flowers. The pool is sparkling and the house is clean and decorated so nice! It is easy to walk to dozens of little shops and restaurants. There are fruit shops and tortilleria nearby. I recommend that you walk up the main street to get tortas of cochinita in the morning. At night you can walk to a hundred places... but practically next door is El Picudo seafood restaurant. This is such a cute place and the hostess makes your stay comfortable. I couldn't ask for more.. oh yeah, the water pressure is great too!

Plus bel Airbnb à vie! Tout à été choisi avec soin, propre et agréable. La piscine partagée est à 5-6 minutes de marche et elle est absolument magnifique avec un petit parc à jeux et terrain de basketball. Épicerie, plage, restaurants tous à 10-15mins de voiture en empruntant l’autoroute principale. L’hôte a été super et nous a aidé avec des petits pépins rencontrés durant notre séjours. Je recommande vivement!

This location is interesting. Beautiful ocean views and lovely pool. A few things need to be refreshed. The outdoor propane table had no gas and there was a mess at the grill. The house is wonderful except if they can fix the penthouse neighbor door close noise. It sounds like a slam every time they came out or went in and there’s no privacy to the kitchen and living room while they come in and out. But the 3 BR and baths are lovely. The house is really well stocked and Everything Isla has a gem of a person named Kate who is lovely and helped answer several questions I directed to her despite it not being her role. Please note the local neighbors are super nice and the surrounding location is great (exception to note there is no beach) and food options are wonderful, from high end to street tacos a few blocks away. It’s a little pricey but it’s also really nice so it’s a real review for folks who wanna know.

A very cozy, private, and unique home (with a casita, plunge pool, and tree house out back!) in the middle of Isla Mujeres. The space is very welcoming and allows for you to escape the crowds with your own backyard oasis. The location is good - near local restaurants, a large grocery/big box store - but relatively far from either end of the island where most of the "touristy" stuff is. I'd definitely recommend you make use of the bikes to explore as we did or rent a golf cart (very common on the island) if you really want to get around. Gary was a great host - super responsive - and Felix, his man on the ground, was also lovely to deal with. Highly recommended!

Cary’s home in Akumal was an incredible place to stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was perfect, close to the beach and close to local attractions, yet quiet enough to feel like a true escape. Cary was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful with recommendations for activities and dining. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Akumal!
