We are positioned between the sea and the river and only 30 steps away from a beautiful near enough private beach . Ideal for families up to 6 people with 3 large bedrooms, two rooms upstairs, master bedroom downstairs overlooking the beach. As a special offer we will provide a free rental car for the duration of your stay with us saving you at least 25 euros per day.

Bohemian beach cottage located only 40 meters from the beach. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The cottage can accommodate 6 persons. The cottage has a laundry, tv room with cable tv, DVD player. All the rooms have air conditioning and fan. Nice Terrace area to relax by the pool. On the terrace, you will find the dinning table and the open kitchen. We also provide a BBQ area and outside table under a Tàmarind tree. The property has an electric gate.

'La Minicasa' cottage is ideally situated on the beach of LA PRENEUSE, BLACK-RIVER with warm calm sea lapping the beach in front of you. The cottage has 2 bedrooms both of which are en-suite with free standing showers.
