We stayed in late July 2024, and the place is obviously very new. The place has all of the essentials and even gives access to a large open space which appears to be used for weddings or other events. We will be back. I do recommend this place for groups that would need four rooms, kitchen, etc.

This home is equipped to meet everyone's needs and wants. This home had plenty of room to accommodate our family. The location brings peace and comfort to all. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The home is furnished with necessities and extras. Our family enjoyed everything about this location.

Our second time to stay and it will not be our last. Host is very friendly and flexible with check in and check out times. Love the house and the surroundings.

Our second year staying here with our baseball team and we absolutely love it. Making plans already for next year hopefully!!

A must stay! Our time spent at this brand new Airbnb was awesome! Rick and Chrysti have thought of all the things to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The decorations, amenities, and overall experience were top notch. Even the supplied basics were nicer than expected (coffee bar, blow dryer, kitchen supplies, etc.) This house felt like a home—cozy, easy to relax in and enjoy time with your people. We loved the backyard as it gave us a space to keep the fun of the day going! Their customer service was top notch and they were very easy to reach. They went above and beyond and made our stay feel like luxury! We will certainly be back!!

Jaime’s place is a quiet get away from the fast moving world!! For all Aggies, it’s a great location for games to avoid a lot of the traffic. Check with Jaime regarding what pets you might bring. He was responsive and friendly!!

A great rustic cabin with great scenery. Very friendly and informative host. The cabin has pretty much everything you need, just be mindful of the water. It does have a sulphur smell to it, so you might want to bring some extra water with you. The property is awesome, and the cabin is secluded and tucked away in the trees. There was no one else around for miles. Just the beautiful horses that came up to the cabin in the evenings. Great place to relax and get away. It’s definitely worth a stay in my book.

Poco a Poco was amazing!!! This quaint cottage was perfect for me and my 2 Aggies to get some much needed rest during t.u. game weekend. Place was super clean, bed was super comfortable, just what we needed with much peace and quiet. Sylvia and Joe are amazing and I love how personable they are. Can't wait to get back here!

Rustic Lodge was perfect for our group of 6 dads and 6 boys in town for Franklin Baseball Tournament. The property is beautiful and Ken was very accommodating. We hope to stay here again in the future.

This was our third trip to Jane’s place and our first visit to the bunk house. We love the privacy of the ranch along with the sunsets and subsequent stars. It’s a rustic cabin, but that is what we like. Jane has everything you need for this setting. We will definitely be back!
