Nous n'avons malheureusement pu passer que trop peu de temps chez Virginia mais l'endroit est sublime et Virginia est une hôte charmante et disponible. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Dont even think and just book it. Great place amazing views . Vittorio and his family are the kindest most nice people on the planet. Appartment comes squeaky clean and with all the amenities a person would need. Great recommendations of places, restaurants and everything,although you do need a car to check most of them out but everything is in radius 15min. Vittorio checked in multiple times to ask if everything was okay and if anything else was needed. Even went out of his way and prepared us a special place by the pool to celebrate new year’s. Lovely overall 100/10 :)

Margherita est très accueillante, de bons conseils pour les incontournables de la région, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, literie confortable, maison spacieuse et bien agencée, une piscine splendide avec vue (environ 20m de long), beaucoup de transat, la climatisation partout. Alors oui, le chemin de terre pour y accéder peut paraître long parfois mais c'est le prix de la tranquillité. Seul bémol, le risque d'avoir des voisins bruyants à l'étage inférieur ou supérieur (que nous avons eu pendant 3j).

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Lucas Ferienhaus. Zwei Wochen in der typisch toskanischen Idylle mit mehr oder weniger privatem Pool halfen uns die Batterien wieder aufzuladen. Neben den ausgedehnten Pooltagen durfte auch das sightseeing nicht zu kurz kommen. Es gibt viele einzigartige Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Allerdings ist ein Auto unabdingbar. Zu den meisten Locations braucht man ca. 1h. Luca war ein toller Gastgeber und dazu ein wirklich angenehmer Typ, der alles dafür tat, dass wir in unserem Urlaub eine gute Zeit hatten. Er kennt sich bestens in der Gegend aus und konnte uns eine Vielzahl Empfehlungen für fantastische Tagesausflüge geben. Was wir noch erwähnen möchten ist die Sauberkeit. Das Haus war wirklich top gepflegt. Selbst die Messer waren einigermaßen scharf 🙌 😅 Wir haben uns bei Luca sehr wohl gefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt bei ihm nur wärmstens empfehlen. Had a lovely week’s holiday at Yasmine and family’s place. The apartment itself is lovely, easy driving distance to nearby sights and great recommendations provided. Would recommend for a break in Tuscany.

Wir haben uns äusserst wohl bei Italo und Simona gefühlt. Wir wurden gleich am ersten Tag mit selbstgemachter Pizza von Italo empfangen, was wir sehr geschätzt hatten - insbesondere nach der langen Reise mit Kind war das sehr angenehm. Auch hatte er uns bereits eigenes Olivenöl und Wein vom Weingut bereitgestellt. Zudem haben er und Simona während dem ganzen Aufenthalt immer wieder Eier gebracht und für unsere 3-jährige Tochter gab's zu Ostern sogar Geschenke. Die beiden sind wirklich sehr zuvorkommend, nett und sehr liebenswert - wir haben die Zeit bei ihnen unglaublich genossen. Auch waren sie stets erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder sonstiges. Unsere Tochter durfte noch einige Plüschtiere ausleihen und sie hatte eine riesige Freude an den Katzen und Pferden, die in den Rebbergen wohnten und immer mal wieder durch den Garten streiften. Das Haus war sehr schön, super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Küche hatte einen riesigen Herd und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Gerne wieder!

Beatiful house with everything you need. The house was really clean, and it has all the amenities you need. The contact with Andrea was good. In the surroundings there is not much to do, but if you are looking for peace and quite, and you don't mind driving a bit for activities, this is the perfect place.

We loved staying at the Santa Lucia Farmhouse and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting this region. The property itself is incredible. We loved the sunsets over the Tuscan hills and hanging out near the pool during sunset gave us incredible photos of the sun reflecting off of the water. We loved walking outside of the property to explore the beauty along the road as well. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen is new and has everything you need to cook from home. The views from each window were beautiful as well. Francesca's recommendations in the guidebook were very helpful too for days when we went out into Asciano or the towns nearby. We visited Siena and Arezzo during our stay and had a lot of fun exploring these towns and then coming home to the peaceful farmhouse. Also notable is that Francesca made the check-in process super easy with short videos of how to get inside the property. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, Francesca!

Marta und Andrea waren immer sehr freundlich und hatten sehr gute Tipps für uns. Sie haben einfach ein zauberhaftes Fleckchen Erde. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche mit tollen Erlebnissen auch dank Marta und Andrea. Unsere Tochter hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit

Wir haben uns in Samueles Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt! Es ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was wir uns für einen entspannten Urlaub wünschen: von gemütlichen Liegestühlen auf dem Balkon bis hin zu neuen bequemen Matratzen in allen Betten :) Der Pool ist groß und schön und die Anlage sehr ruhig. Samuele hat immer sofort auf Nachrichten reagiert und immer gute Lösungen gefunden. Auch der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

La Casetta was hands down the highlight of our 15-day trip through Italy. Barbara's husband Andrea was amazing—despite our travel delays, he came out late at night to meet us in person and show us around the property, which was such a kind touch after a long day. The place was super clean, cozy, and really well set up. Our toddler had the best time playing with all the toys—they definitely thought of families when setting this place up! The location was perfect too—just a short drive to Casole d’Elsa and Siena, which made for some really fun day trips. One of our favorite surprises was the selection of local wines at the property. It was such a thoughtful gesture, especially since we didn’t have time to hit the grocery store that night. The hot tub was clean and actually hot (which isn’t always the case!), and the views from the property were just unreal—rolling Tuscan hills during the day, and a sky full of stars at night. We’d go back in a heartbeat.

Appartenendo grande su più livelli con arredi e spazi per stare comodamente in più persone. Cucina ottimamente accessoriata con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno fuori casa. Spazio esterno molto curato e rilassante. Anche la comunicazione con Lucia è stata ottima e senza intoppi. Consigliato!

Super venlig og imødekommende vært. Professionel vært som vi gerne vil besøge igen. Dejligt sted og en hyggelig by med gode restauranter. Trygt sted at være og i nærheden af større by med strand og gode indkøbsmuligheder.

Fabio’s house was absolutely wonderful! Janine was super helpful, and the place was so clean and comfortable. It fit our 2 large families easily! Thank you for letting us stay and relax and take in the gorgeous countryside!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso “Il Fienile” per un weekend rilassante immersi nella natura, e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente incantevole. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, un perfetto mix tra rustico e comfort moderno. L’alloggio era pulitissimo, accogliente e ben attrezzato, con tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, ma anche per esplorare i dintorni: in pochi minuti si raggiungono borghi pittoreschi e sentieri immersi nel verde. Il giardino esterno è un piccolo angolo di paradiso dove abbiamo fatto colazione ammirando il panorama. I proprietari sono stati estremamente disponibili e accoglienti, pronti a fornire consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Un’ospitalità genuina che fa la differenza. Consigliatissimo e non vediamo l’ora a di tornare

La Selvolina is een geweldige plek om te relaxen en te genieten van de omgeving, maar ook van het heerlijke zwembad. Het huis is fijn, de keuken heel volledig. Alles is aanwezig voor een heerlijk verblijf. Bij vragen werd er altijd snel en heel vriendelijk gereageerd, wat we als heel prettig en welkom ervaren hebben. La Selvolina is een heerlijk rustige plek, ongeveer 30 minuten lopen (berg op) of 5 minuten per auto naar Roccastrada. Met wat geluk zie je reeën in de tuin en hoor je ‘s nachts de uilen. Het is wel raadzaam om een SUV te hebben, omdat de weg niet verhard is.

Die Anreise ist abenteuerlich. Dort angekommen findet man aber einen tollen Fleck Erde, denn das Haus von Savina & Riccardo ist eine echte Perle. Toller Ausblick, ruhig und privat. Am besten man packt sich ein bisschen Proviant ein, kauft vielleicht noch einen guten Wein & Käse vom eigenen Biohof der beiden und lässt es sich gut gehen. Savina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hilft gerne bei allen Fragen via WApp. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Markt, der das Nötigste hat. Es lohnt sich aber, noch mal in einem größeren Supermarkt Halt zu machen. Wer seinem Auto die Fahrt zum Ferienhaus nicht zutraut, der wird auch zu dem ca. 2 km entfernten Anwesen gebracht. Die erste Ab- und Auffahrt waren wild, aber man gewöhnt sich dran und unser Mercedes Vito hat’s gepackt. Highlight war definitiv das Wein Tasting und die tollen Produkte ihres Biohofs :)

We enjoyed the time in a big, beautifully furnished house, which consists of 3 independent units, the one downstairs being a great commonplace for whole group. The host was very nice, helpful and communicative. Our two dogs loved the big, fully fenced garden with lots of space for seating and enjoying the views of Scarlino. We would definitely choose this house again in the future.
