This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

Now is a great time to stay in this completely furnished two-bedroom house directly overlooking the Mississippi River. The hot tub is amazing during the day and under the stars this time of year. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at Aire Leclaire! Within walking distance from downtown and 2 blocks from American Pickers. This modern 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is a block away from the tugfest parade route. A barnyard turned farmhouse in the 1940’s, this home completely remodeled with the modern farm charm it has today. In town for a day or several, enjoy outdoor amenities, a lighted deck, outdoor couch, and table. Inside, a modern LED fireplace mixed with rustic beauty.

Lucy’s House

I don’t charge cleaning fees as my guests have always respected the property and rules. Leave a big … mess expect a charge. The outside of the house is under construction as I’m siding the house and added a mud room. I’m 66 with new knees so the process is slow especially in winter but nothing going on outside will affect your stay. I get great reviews from my guests who all seem to find the interior relaxing and tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

This home has fabulous views of the mighty Mississippi, with plenty of space to allow you to absorb the beautiful atmosphere and relax comfortably. There is plenty of parking space , and it also has its own boat launch and dock . Lots of room for entertainment indoors and out . Grill and relax on the deck or have your morning coffee in the gazebo by the river . There are also 3 garage spaces . Three large bedrooms with king size beds, and three full baths. Bunk bed as well
