Our cabin was originally a grainery. We moved it to sit on a wooded knoll on our working sheep farm. Mornings can be spent relaxing on our front porch while watching lambs play. We offer a firepit and outdoor furniture to better enjoy the peaceful seclusion of our slice of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Guests are just 10 minutes to downtown Lexington, Virginia Military Institute, Washington & Lee University, Southern Virginia University & the Virginia Horse Center. The owner is a VMI alumnus.

The Cottage at Hidden Valley Farm & Barn

Welcome to Hidden Valley! When booking your stay, you'll have exclusive access to our three bedroom/two bathroom guest cottage! You'll be surrounded by mountainous views and pastures. Snuggle on the wrap around porch, roast marshmallows in the fire pit, and visit with horses, cattle, and our Sulcata tortoise! We were recently the victim of a previous guest that tried to extort us for money. We did not cave to their demands and in response they left an untrue review. The home does not have and has never had bed bugs despite what the inaccurate review states.
