Although it is "dated", it is cozy, clean, affordable, has 2 free off street parking spaces and is .6 of a mile to downtown. -3 separate rentals on property. -Shared parking BEHIND the house. -Must walk down outside stairs to entrance. -YOU WILL HEAR FOOTSTEPS & NOISE IF THERE ARE GUESTS STAYING UPSTAIRS. -Curtain on patio for added privacy. -We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. -No hot tub -NO LOCALS

Lakefront Cabin is 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake is lowered in the winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish).Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one with tub/shower and the other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to the lake. We have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”

Very cozy personal little cottage backed by the woods. Comfortable adjustable full size bed for a great night sleep. Will accommodate one or two people. Down a long driveway, quiet and in a rural setting. If you bring a pet, we ask that you supervise them at all times. The place is small but cozy.
