I stayed here with my family and the house was perfect for us. There is plenty of space for all of the guests and the surroundings are very peaceful- some great walks close to the house. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we required. Check in was easy and well explained by the host who was very responsive to any messages. We would definitely stay here again- overall a brilliant stay.

Jill’s home is everything you could want and more. It was warm and cozy the minute we walked in on a blustery December evening. David was there to meet and greet us and give us the tour, list local restaurants and give suggestions to attractions. The scenery from the bay window is spectacular and we witnessed a storm on the Irish Sea where the waves amused all my party for hours. We went on a walks along the seas edge taking us through harbors, sheep filled fields, caves, beaches and rock pools on some of the calmer days, photographs just don’t do the scenery any justice. It really is a beautiful part of Ireland. Not far from some great restaurants and the local villages have a charm all of their own. The home is immaculate and very well decorated. The kitchen extremely well stocked, lovely fresh towels and linens and a cozy little tv room to snuggle in to watch a movie after a windy walk. Would highly recommend Jill’s home and her as a host. We had a fabulous time.

Absolutely stunning setting with incredible views. The sunsets were amazing. Close to two very beautiful beaches, and not far from Moville. If you’re wanting an off the beaten track location and to literally switch off then this is the place for you. Thank you for being such a great host.

We enjoyed our stay at Margaret's place on Islay. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and we appreciated the separate washer and dryer. There are lovely walking pathways nearby, and we had some delicious dinners in the immediate area at the Port Charlotte Hotel and Lochindaal Seafood Kitchen. This is definitely a quieter part of the island.

John-paul and Michelle were very attentive hosts, any information we needed was given or if not known, they looked it up and informed us. House was very spacious and very clean, no hairs or dog smells which you would usually find In a dog friendly home. The outside space was so big and secure, perfect for an excitable and energetic dog. Culdaff Beach just 5 mins in a car, a lovely beach. Would highly recommend staying here. Will definitely be back to Brandys Place.
