For a house that can accommodate a multi-generational family, this was excellent. Walking around the property was adequate for a winter day, but in other seasons, when you want a longer walk, the highway would not have been safe. We had to get in the car to walk on the C&O Canal, just 15 minutes away in Brunswick. A lovely, flat walking or biking space. There was a highchair for the baby, and little to no decor for young children to break. Thank you! The host negotiated an issue with no electrical power in three bedrooms the first night. A repair person came promptly the next morning to flip a breaker. All was well from that point on. Being a musical family, the piano was a real bonus! We will definitely return when we can.

Michelle was a great host. Very responsive to our questions. The amenities (sauna and hot tub) were excellent. The yard was fenced in and had plenty of room for our dogs. Would come again for sure. Thanks again!

Perfect location for a women’s wellness retreat! The ladies are already asking when we can come back. Plenty of spaces big and small to facilitate us, both as a group as well as individuals looking to relax and recharge. Having two kitchens was nice for feeding such a big group, and the heated saltwater pool was the cherry on top!

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs of all time. I absolutely loved the space, which looked just as nice as the pictures. Everything was perfectly clean and yet felt very much like home right away. The area was super walkable to Old Town, even with smaller kids, and felt very safe. Renee is a wonderful host--she is very kind, friendly, and helpful. I really hope we get the chance to stay here again, because I would absolutely come back in a heartbeat!

There isn’t enough space on this review to write all the great things about our stay, this house and Nicole. Nicole is a fabulous host: easy to communicate with, very responsive and gave us some great insight to the area. The house was even better in person than in the photos. Very clean, well appointed and just the best location. It was quiet and remote while being close to things to do. The walking trail, hot tub and screen in porch were our most used spaces. The beds are very comfortable, there’s plenty of linens and pillows, and the perfect sleeping arrangement layout. There is a great assortment of toys in the house as well which my 2 year old loved. There was also so many thoughtful touches to the house as well like welcome guides, cooking basics and spices, bug spray, and so many other things. We have already said this is a house we will return to visit again. I also appreciated that the house really makes you disconnect and reset and enjoy the outdoors. Thank you again!

Great place, nice atmosphere and big with a lot of rooms. Clean and lovely surroundings. I just wish with how big it is, there’s more bath rooms. Hope to come back when its not cold so pool is not cold. 👍🏼

House was perfect for a large group and very clean when we arrived. There were all the necessary pans, pots, silverware, etc. for cooking for meals in the house. The host (Amber) was quick to communicate and adjust to audibles/questions from our end. Great stay for a large group. Would highly recommend.

This is a beautiful clean and safe home with plenty of space and accommodations like washer n dryer and full marble kitchen. The bust stop is less than a 5 mins walk and overall I had a great time here. Thank you!

Awesome, nice stay

Drs. Ken & Sam were some of the best hosts I’ve had! They were extremely friendly, flexible, and provided very thorough instructions. They offered great amenities and provided a continental breakfast as well! They strived to go above and beyond to accommodate us and even joined us for conversation at breakfast. The estate is to die for and we would be more than happy to book with them again!

Dan’s home is like stepping into a home of history and adventure. There are many pieces to view of his endless journeys throughout the world. The home is situated on a high bluff overlooking the Potomac. The views are gorgeous and many birds can be seen and heard. The gardens and plantings around the house breathe life to the landscape. The home itself is updated with high end kitchen and baths. Master bedroom is spacious with an en-suite bath. 3 other bedrooms are very nice as well. Our stay was lovely and would recommend this home highly.

We had a really wonderful experience at Sean and Angelica's place. The house is very beautiful, peaceful, and has an amazing view. Sean and Angelica were super responsive, friendly, helpful and hospitable. We highly recommend this great place.

Herry's place was beautifully decorated and very clean. The projector felt like we were in a theater watching a movie. It was perfect for movie night and our snacks from the general store nearby. The hot tub was winner and so easy to use! His guidebook was very useful to find great recommendations for places to eat. Overall, it was a great weekend getaway for the family.

The place was really nice even better then the pics. I would def come back again. The horses were a plus. The bathtub floor could use a lil deep cleaning. But other then that everything was great. The jacuzzi was relaxing and the surroundings were peaceful.

Had a great Thanksgiving weekend with extended family. Kitchen had more than what we needed. Kids loved the games and hottub.

Love this Airbnb. Ashley was a great host, super responsive and kept us up to date with everything. The Airbnb looks exactly like the pictures on listing. The beds were super comfortable. Area was very peaceful. Lots of breweries and wineries in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this rental and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We loved the large house, it was larger than needed for our family, but was great to be able to spread out and have our own space. Super clean and and neat. We spend days in DC, which was about an hour away with traffic and wonderful to come back to the house and relax, use the jacuzzi and fire pit. We've stayed at other rentals, but this one by far will stand out for our family forever. Thank you for being a great host and a wonderful house you have.
