David and I were visiting for my daughter’s wedding nearby, we found this gem to stay in and also booked another nearby cabin for my daughter and her husband for their wedding night. We brought our fur baby who absolutely loved the space and outdoors. House is private and lots of space with everything you need for the week or weekend. Kathleen was super nice!

What a wonderful experience to stay at Sharon’s home! From the yummy cookies waiting for us, the cozy back yard where we’d drink our coffee in the morning, the comfortable beds, the quiet neighborhood to the welcoming warm atmosphere. Sharon was quick and friendly in her responds to texts and I’d highly recommend her place!

We came for a long weekend with another family, total of 4 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep and to hang out! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking (and more!). We really enjoyed the hot tub and the proximity to the lake - paddleboards and kayaks definitely got some use, as did the ample selection of yard games and toys. Bryan was very communicative and sent plenty of information (including videos!) for us to be able to answer questions about pretty much anything that might have come up during the stay. If we come to the Dallas area again, definitely will look at a repeat stay on the lake!

We have stayed with Kathleen before, and it is always a great experience! We enjoy the privacy and the access to the pond. Our family has made many great memories here. We lost our daughter 2 weeks ago, and I wanted this to be the place we came after her memorial. It was one of the last places we were together as a family. Kathleen made sure to accommodate us and was so thoughtful. I will definitely be back again. It's becoming our home away from home when we visit our family in Dallas. Thank you Kathleen!

Everything was as described and was perfectly clean. Definitely recommend.

We needed a base of operations for our extended family for a week long visit. Vlad's place was a half mile from our home. The small, uncluttered house was a perfect landing spot! Vlad kept in touch for the entire stay to make sure we had whatever we needed. It was a perfect fit.

Just want to express my gratitude to Gerard and Ramona for the use of their place. My parents live 2.3 miles away and we wanted to have my family down from Northern VA for the holidays. This included my youngest daughter's boyfriend's family from California, who after the weekend became family as my daughter's boyfriend proposed to her at the Cowboys/Redskins game. Even though we were not there much of the time the place is much larger than the square footage indicates and the place is immaculate. Eventually my Mom and Dad will be moving to an even smaller place in a retirement facility and I plan on coming back to the Little Red cabin! On suggestion for our circumstances in particular would be to remove the materials on the driveway. Even though we had ample space to park the 42' fifth wheel RV, having the extra room would have made jockeying around a bit easier. Regardless, this place was a godsend for what my family needed this Christmas, not just in its proximity but also in its overall comfortableness. Thank you very much for providing a place that allowed so many of us to come together for an unforgettable Holiday!!
