everything about this place was amazing my son enjoyed his send off to prom great views big space and everything it’s just the bugs on the outside upstairs that are bad but other then that I most definitely recommend it was just like the pictures !!!

I had my team stay out here for a good period of time. Tieumy and Nhi were very kind and helpful when it came to any questions and requests. Unfortunately some of the team members did not leave the house in good conditions and Tieumy was generous in compromising on the cost of any damages. Thank you Tieumy and Nhi for allowing the team stay out there and again apologies for the inconveniences.

Nice Place! Great place for a large family. Ruchi and team were very responsive. I appreciate them for their attentiveness to any question or concern we had.

Love staying here! Always thankful for the nice yard for our dogs. Hosts were so kind and left us treats for the dogs. We will be back!

Great place! It was better looking in person. View of the pool and lake was amazing. Plenty of space for all of. We just had a few minor issues. The hot tub did not work which is a bummer. One of the requirement when we booked was to have a hot tub. We could not change the thermostat. It was cold when we're there or I didn't know how to. Fridge upstairs had mold in the fridge-was not cleaned so I couldn't use it. But overall a really nice place and we enjoyed it. But hopefully the owner can resolve the minor issues so next guests can enjoy the place fully. House was fully stock for everything. Thank you. Dustin K.

I actually live in the area, and just needed some alone, get away, clear my head time! I will definitely keep this place on my radar, I’ll send people here in the future vs the Hilton who come in town for pleasure or business.

Amazing house and amenities! I came down for my bachelor party and there were several amazing golf courses to choose from within 20 minutes. Half of my group didn’t golf but they were able to find Oasis Pickleball club to spend their time. The house is very convenient for groceries and restaurants and they have amenities that appeal to all ages at their house! I would definitely want to stay here if I visited the area in the future!

I had a wonderful stay! The lake view was absolutely beautiful, and the condo was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The host was friendly and made everything easy. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

My partner and I recently checked out after a two-week stay and we are very happy with the amenities, cleanliness, and reponsiveness of the host. We had a great stay. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our visit. I drove from another state and a parking space in front of the unit was included. It was nice to be able to cook our own meals to our preference. There was a washer and dryer in the unit for us to do laundry. The bed was comfortable and there are extra blankets and towels in the unit. You can go for a walk on the path outside and take in the beautiful scenery of Lake Ray Hubbard. We felt safe in this area and there were plenty of stores in the area and in nearby Rockwall. The host, Ajen is very professional, prompt, and helpful. I can tell he takes pride in his properties and wants to ensure a pleasant stay. We chose to rent from him based on the positive reviews and presentation of his properties in his listings and would love to rent again for future visits.
