Our family enjoyed our stay at Lorena’s. She was very responsive and we didn’t have any issues. Would def recommend! Very convenient to whatever you want to explore in Tampa! Everything was exactly as described.

We loved our stay at this house. The host was very helpful and communicative. The neighborhood is one of the prettiest we saw in the city of St. Petersburg and it's close to a bunch of really cool restaurants and bars. We had a great experience overall.

The house was festive. There is a lot of shade around the house. There are plants on the porch and outdoors that are well tended to. The house was in a nice neighborhood, so we walked a bit. There is a park with a beach not far away. We felt secure inside and out. The back yard was secure for our dog to run about a bit. All the amenities are as listed.

We would recommend this listing. It was very clean. There were extra blankets, pillows and towels. Though we only used this for sleeping, due to our busy itinerary, it was stocked with extras like dishes and pots and pans and even spices to help prepare meals in. Chelsea sent a quick text every day to check on us with excellent communication. There were a few snack size bags of chips and cold bottles of water upon our arrival for a nice extra touch. The street noise is on the living room side, not the bedrooms. It was perfect for our needs.

We had a great experience. A very charming little home... And I love that they have kept so much of the original features! Backyard felt very private and comfortable and was perfect for the pups. Having the dog "supplies" was a really special feature. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay! The home was on a main road, but it was very quiet and safe. Great home for multi families and the teens really liked the game room to have their own space. The location was great for us and we really appreciated being minutes away from the airport.

It was a nice stay over the bridge from Clearwater. It was the perfect size for my family of four but 6 would be pushing it. It took us about 20-25 minutes with traffic to get to the beach. There is a free park and ride shuttle which we didn’t use but in the summer it might be worth it. The neighborhood was okay. The couch and pull out was not comfortable my teenager son attempted it but quickly hopped on the trundle with his brother. If you have 6 people I’d bring a mattress foam. The kitchen pans need replaced the metal was chipping so we didn’t use them. There was a grill like plug in skillet which we used along with the glass wear. We made breakfast every morning but struggled with the oan options. The ice maker was not working on the freezer which was a bummer when filling up the cooler for the beach so bring ice packs. It was nice to have a cooler, laundry, and beach towels. The master bedroom bed was comfortable but it’s time for new pillows. Overall it was a good stay.

Ari was an excellent Airbnb host. Very prompt with all our requests. The house was as described, very comfortable and clean. An extra large pool was a welcome item for everyone when we returned from our excursions every day. I highly recommend this property!

Really enjoyed Nik's place. House is big and with huge backyard and enclosed porch. Big rooms with ample space. Pool was very nice and so was hot tub setting. Wish we could have had time to organize a barbeque in the yard. Distance from Beaches quite good. It was a bit further than I expected from downtown Tampa, but that was not Nik's fault; we thought that 30 minutes' drive to University of Tampa was ok, but after doing it several times it got a bit tiring (mostly because traffic during holidays). Overall, Nik's place was very nice, and we all felt "at home" as soon as we walked in the door. I addition, response to our questions was fast, and hosts were extremely gracious in accommodating our special request during our stay; they did not have to, but they did, and that really appreciated. Great hosts.

This was our first time using airbnb. House was just as described. Loved the pool and hot tub. Location of the home was close to everything from beaches to resturants and stores. Neighborhood was very quiet . We would def stay here again.

Austin and his team were very responsive and had clear communication. The home is very clean and has a great outdoor space! Listing is a quick drive to many local options such as dining and the beach.

We were blown away by how beautiful and clean the house and pool were! The yard and firepit were nice too! Felt right at home and comfortable as soon as we walked in. I would highly recommend staying here. It had everything we needed, and was a perfect fit for our family!

Mark was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning to the very end, the communication was rapid and easy. The home was absolutely perfect and will definitely use this place again in the future if it’s available! Also, if you are considering using the whirlpool, it’s definitely worth it! And YES! The shower is as good as it looks! Grab this place if it’s available! The neighborhood is safe, the house is updated, and it’s very conveniently located near the grocery stores 🙌

The space is so cozy, it felt like home! So close the beach, only about a 10min drive. You can walk to the coffee shop, liquor store and an organic market. The bus stop is about 2 blocks from the house which takes you downtown where all the bars are. Pamela was such an amazing host! Gave us a whole bunch of places to go eat and have a good time at- she is the cutest! Literally felt like you were staying with family!

The place was just as described, clen, close to downtown. Confortable bed, equipped kitchen. Location was close to downtown. Overall a smooth experience.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Daniel’s place. The home is very well-equipped. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches— that office chair is so comfortable!— and it’s rare to find an AirB&B with a kitchen that has everything you’d need to cook a nice meal at home. We had a busy time during this trip, and we confirm that this is a great spot to hunker down if you need to get work done. Overall our biggest complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer! We both hope to return and stay for much longer next time. Thanks, Daniel!

This is our third stay here and it's always great. Clean place in a great neighborhood. We love that the park is right out of the backdoor so the kids could play and/or we could take a nice walk around the lake before dinner. Centrally located to so many places to eat and the beach, but in a residential area that feels safe and family-friendly.

Convenient location. Very clean house. Perfect for our family of 3 and a dog. Our dog enjoyed fully fenced, well maintained yard! We hope to be back next year!

Beautiful and quiet haven in Safety Harbor Florida. John and Ellen were gracious hosts. They provided a welcoming space with beverages and snacks. John was very responsive with queries. House is in a safe, walkable neighborhood just a couple blocks away from restaurants and shops. Great place to relax after watching Spring Training games at Clearwater and Tampa. Go Phillies! We had a wonderful extended stay at Dees place. She was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend. Unit was well equipped and maintained.
