Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Romantic Little House (- 15% for 2+ nights)

A romantic and luxurious haven with free off-street car parking right outside and its own garden. Enjoy the comfort of a Super King bed, great shower room, luxury toiletries & stylish decor. Set in a 18th C. stone outbuilding, it is very quiet and independent . It has a kitchenette, not for home cooking but perfect to refrigerate & heat up food and make hot drinks. There are 2 great pubs within a short walking distance. This is the perfect nest for a visit to Bath, Longleat, Stonehenge & more.

The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

Cosy self contained room, own front door, in historic 'Norton St Philip'. Situated only 5 miles from Bath / Frome, 16 miles Bristol. Enjoy the beautiful village, countryside and historic 14th century George Inn pub. Local Coop in the village. Fantastic walks in nature. Regular bus service to Bath and Frome (bus stop 50 yards). Cheddar Gorge - 24 miles Glastonbury - 19 miles Wells - 15 miles Longleat - 8.7 miles Bradford-on-Avon - 4.4 miles Suitable for couples, business / solo travellers

Little Crest, a newly converted bungalow

A smart, well equipped converted building. The space is beautifully furnished to a high standard and is light and airy throughout. Modern wet room with walk in shower and fully fitted kitchen. Ample parking with a small private patio. The village of Rode is an ideal location for a trip to Bath, Bradford on Avon, Longleat, or Stonehenge. There are plenty of lovely walks, a PO with a shop and two pubs all within walking distance. We allow one dog free of charge, extra will be £15 per night.

Grade 2 listed Converted Stables

The Stables form part of the original outbuildings to the Grade II listed Park Farm House. They were completely restored and converted into a delightful holiday home during the course of 2019. Situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Lullington the stables are set within a private courtyard to the rear of the house where we run a small but exclusive B&B. Lullington is only a short drive from the much sought after town of Frome, whilst also only being 10 miles from Bath.

PRETTY GEORGIAN COTTAGE IN A VILLAGE NEAR BATH

A quaint cottage in a peaceful no-through lane, built in C19. Sleeps 4 plus a baby. Village location ideal for exploring the area’s many historic and fascinating sites, including Bath, Bradford on Avon, and Longleat. Nearby train stations. One well-behaved dog is welcome (please ask before bringing 2 dogs). Front and back gardens with seating, a barbecue, and parking for 2 cars. Wi-fi. A warm welcome awaits all guests, with the convenience of self check-in and check-out.

The Coach House, unique country cottage, Somerset

Relax in our countryside cottage surrounded by gardens and fields. The coach house is in the grounds of Grade 2 listed old rectory but is entirely detached and private from the main house. Just a short drive to attractions like Longleat, Stonehenge and Centre Parks. Close to the beautiful city of Bath and arty towns of Bruton and Frome with their galleries, cafe-life and independent shops. Enjoy fresh eggs from our hens and warm your evenings with the wood-burning stove.

Simple, cosy, quiet, relaxing space for 2 - Beech

Not quite a barn and not really a cottage, to let. Therefore, a "Barnlet"! Beech Barnlet is 1 of 3 barnlets which are individually self contained or ideal for a group of 3 couples, all set in the gardens of our house. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area! Great base for Bath - a short car or train journey away. Access to beautiful countryside and close to Longleat (11 miles). Simple, cosy space. Perfect for a couple looking to get away from all things busy...

Barn in the Wiltshire near Bath & Longleat

The Barn is set within the countryside of Wiltshire and it was fully refurbished in 2019. It is located within the 3 acre grounds of Willow Grange, which borders Somerset. The Barn overlooks paddocks and is surrounded by trees and fields. It is the perfect location to visit Bath, Stonehenge, Longleat & other local towns & villages such as Frome, Lacock & Salisbury. With direct train links from Westbury to London. Unfortunately we are strictly no pets.
