Busy B Ranch is a 1,000+acre wildlife & leisure ranch, including a new drive-thru safari Busy B Ranch Wildlife Park. Our safari is 125+acres with 3 miles of roads & over 400 animals to enjoy. We offer log cabin rentals, that are tucked away on their own private 11 acre lake. Come spend a few days fishing, rocking on the front porch and relax in the woods of Northeast Texas. We recommend you build a campfire & roast marshmallows in the fresh evening air. We are located 6 miles north of Jefferson.

Pelican Place on Caddo Lake (Boat Ramp & Kayaks)

Quiet retreat by Caddo lake with private boat ramp. Launch your own boat, or use kayaks. Filming of the movie produced by M. Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. (Use Kayaks at your own risk, Lifejackets are provided)

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

Nutty’s Camp Jefferson - Glamping Downtown

Your nightly stay includes the entire 2,500 square-foot loft, complete with 3 bell tents, sleeping up to 6 guests. Nutty’s Camp Jefferson is an indoor camping/glamping experience in the heart of historic downtown Jefferson. Nestled above a quaint little peanut butter store, it’s 3 bell tents sleep a total of 6. Caddo Lake Caboose - - waterfront w pier

The Caddo Caboose was used at the Longhorn Ammunition Plant in Karnack, Texas. When the Army shut the plant down thirty or so years ago, the Caddo Caboose was created with the car being made it into a unique weekend getaway. The Caboose is fully furnished 1 bedroom lodge with living, dining & bathroom areas as well as WiFi, Cable & DVD amenities. All you have to bring is the food you want to cook & your toiletries. A charcoal grill is provided on a private deck overlooking the water.

Little House @ Linden: Dogs Welcome! Smoke-Free!

The tiny cottage is completely private with a dog-themed decor. Up to two dogs accepted; sorry no cats. This is a tobacco-free property and due to host allergies it is unsuitable for tobacco or marijuana users. The Little House can accommodate one or two adults, but is not suitable for children. It’s also not suitable for those who aren’t accustomed to picking up after themselves and mindful of the care taken to preserve precious vintage things for the enjoyment of others.

Lakefront 2 bedroom home on Lake O the Pines

Lakefront property located on Lake o the Pines known for bass and crappie fishing. Beautiful setting in rural East TX with access to dock. State park 1/4 mi away for launching. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, Fireplace, outdoor grill on large patio overlooking the lake. Two night minimum. Contact for discount on weekly rental. Jefferson, TX (restaurants, festivals, motorcycle and car events)15 miles away. Well behaved pets welcome with $50 nonrefundable deposit.

Lakeside Cabin on Lake O' the Pines

If you are seeking a quiet place to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset on the water, look no further than this new lakeside cabin on Lake O' the Pines. There is not a boat dock but around the corner is a boat ramp and of course you can fish from the shore. This shoreline is not the best for swimming it has several stumps but great for fishing. We do not have Wi-Fi but good cell phone service/hotspot. Restaurants and shopping 20 miles in the historical town of Jefferson.

Nettles Nest Country Inn

Nettles Nest is a rustic cabin nestled in the piney woods of northeast Texas in the small town of Redwater, just outside of Texarkana. It is located on a 5 acre lake. It's a great place to unplug. No Wifi. Fish (bring your own pole,etc.), swim, paddleboat, kayak, relax on the deck or under the pavilion. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families , and pets (2 maximum) No large groups. No parties.

The Blue House on Cross Lake

This cottage was built circa 1926 on Cross Lake as the home for Lonnie Erwin who owned a catfish restaurant next to his home. Back in the day it was popular to drive up from Shreveport if they caught enough catfish to serve. The restaurant closed in the mid 1940s and it and the cottage fell into disrepair. We renovated the cottage and restaurant (also on Airbnb as The Red House on Cross Lake) and brought them up to date.
