XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

The guest house is nestled away in a beautiful backyard and is a 10 minute drive from Crystal Bridges Art Museum, a 5 minute drive from downtown Bentonville, and a 2 minutes drive from Coler Mountain Preserve. All rooms have a spectacular panoramic view of Beaver Lake from atop Whitney Mountain, the highest elevation on the lake. Watch the sunrise over the lake from every room or in your private swimming pool. After boating on the lake, savor the end of day with a drink in hand, relaxing on the Eagle Nest deck before dinner. Perfect spot to star gaze. The swimming pool will be closed mid-October thru early May.
