We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

Lovely home with beautiful yard to enjoy. Home is within a 10-15 minute walk of store and train to Munich.

Very easy and smooth stay. Peaceful and spacious house with everything we needed.. clean and located in a very convenient spot, close to Munich Messe. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Small town, but big enough to find everything needed. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you’re in the area for a tradeshow and you have a vehicle.

We had an amazing stay! The space was immaculately clean, and the location was both peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again in the future!

Place was great for our party of 6. Hans was very communicative with us when we had any questions. We would definitely pick Han’s place again when going to Germany.

Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt. Ein Loft der etwas anderen Art, die Aussicht von der Terrasse war gigantisch. Wir haben die Woche bei Arber sehr genossen. Selbst als wir etwas bemängelt hatten , hat Arber sofort regiert und uns sogar eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit zukommen lassen. Die Kommunikation mit Arber war gigantisch, er hat sich immer schnell gemeldet und ihm war es einfach wichtig das wir uns wohlfühlen. Werden ihn definitiv nochmals besuchen. Danke Arber für den tollen Urlaub.

Sabeeka and her husband made us extremely welcome and helped out enormously by driving us to and from a lakeside restaurant as well as to and from the train station. Even helped out by buying us supplies for breakfast.

Wir waren sechs Personen in der Unterkunft. Der Check in war sehr unkompliziert. Beeindruckend war die Raumaufteilung auf so wenig Wohnfläche. Auch das jedes Zimmer ein vollwertiges Bad hat. Die Höhe im „Dachgeschoss“ wirkt auf den Bilder höher. Als Erwachsener kann man sich dort aber nur auf allen vieren bewegen. Außerdem gibt es keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit oder Sichtschutz. Die Spülmaschine ist eine tolle Bereicherung in der Küche. Das Raumklima ist fantastisch. Wir haben die Sauna benutzt. Dort sind auch die Saunatücher & Aufguss dabei.

Exceptional house with great accommodations. Easy access from Munich by car or train. The lakeside community is beautiful and very tranquil. Will definitely use again.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und dennoch zentral, sodass man alles schnell erreichen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen Gastgeber, die uns herzlich empfangen und jederzeit hilfsbereit waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

Such a beautiful home! We had our family reunion here and everything was so perfect. The home was clean and spotless. It had everything that we needed. It had beautiful furniture and decor , and felt very spacious! There was a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and heated floors for the cold weather. Our kids loved the fenced in front and backyard and spent a lot of time playing outdoors. It was very safe. It was a nice and quiet area, but had plenty of restaurants, grocery stores , and the train station within walking distance. Sabine was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back again the next time we go to Germany. Thank you for the hospitality!

Es war eine super Unterkunft für ein Wochenende. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Dagmar war super! Man kann wunderbar in dem nahegelegenen Park joggen und der Bahnhof und einige Restaurants in Pasing sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Ich war alleine in diesem riesigen Haus. Aber die Betten habe ich gezählt und stimmen mit den Angaben überein. Auch schön aufgeteilt für 9Gäste. "Tim" ist allerdings meiner Meinung nach keine Person, sondern ein Synonym. Das Haus wird von einer Verwaltung professionell gemanaged. Ich bin mir sicher mit keinem Tim kommuniziert zu haben. Telefonkontakt gab es nicht. War auch nicht nötig, alle Infos habe ich hier bekommen der Rest war selbsterklärend. Ich war auf jeden Fall zufrieden, auch wenn das Reihenhaus nicht ganz wie auf den Fotos ist. So Stand 80er Jahre aber ok und sauber in einer ruhigen Siedlung und das Geld auf jeden Fall wert. Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Wir haben mit der Familie eine sehr schöne Woche in der tollen Villa verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Anreise bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr idyllisch vom Außenbereich bis zur Einrichtung und es ist ruhig gelegen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Von Alex und seiner Mutter wurden wir herzlich empfangen und wir konnten uns auch jederzeit an sie wenden. Das Haus liegt nah am Ammersee, den wir gut zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Wir können mindestens 5 Sterne geben und wünschen den weiteren Gästen auch eine so schöne Zeit in der Villa Matilda und gute Erholung. Herzlichen Dank an Angela, Alex und seine Mutter!

Das Haus von Hannah und Julian war einfach genial. Soviel Liebe zum Detail und so viel Herzblut in die Unterkunft gesteckt. Wahnsinn. Vor allem die ganze Ausstattung war sensationell. Ein riesiger Weber Grill, PS5, riesen TV, Spiele bis zum abwinken und ne suer ausgestattete Küche! Vielen Dank - es hat wirklich sehr viel Spaß gemacht!

We had a wonderful stay at Achim and Elena’s beautiful home in Eching, Munich—not just once, but twice during our trip! We loved the property so much that we stayed from December 17-23 and returned again from January 6-11. Both Achim and his wife Elena were fantastic hosts. Elena greeted us during our first stay, which made us feel very welcomed right from the start. During our second stay, their thoughtfulness truly stood out—they graciously left meat in the fridge for us, knowing it was a holiday in Munich and supermarkets would be closed. This kind gesture went above and beyond and made us feel very cared for. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We highly recommend this beautiful property and would love to stay here again during a future visit to Munich!

Kathi ist ein sehr freundlicher Mensch. Sie hat sich immer schnell gemeldet, war immer hilfsbereit und hat sich um alles gekümmert, sodass man auch für längere Aufenthalte gut versorgt ist. Ich habe mich wirklich wie zuhause gefühlt.
