The local area is full to the brim of things to do and see. We are a 15 minute drive from Newcastle city centre. The rental is super cosy, immaculately cleaned and safe. A perfect base to explore all that Tynemouth and Northumberland has to offer. One of the rare properties in the area with free parking and garage space.

Come and relax, chill in my comfortable, cosy ground floor, one bed flat. Waking up each morning and having easy access to our stunning costline and scenery. Although there is no outdoor space at my home, there is the beautiful newly refurbished North Marine Park, which is literally over the road and five minutes walk to the stunning beach, with fabulous views of the pier's where you can sit and watch ships, liners and yachts sailing on the river Tyne with Tynemouth Priory in the distance.

2 bedroom ground floor apartment in with it's own entrance and French doors leading out into the enclosed rear garden. Fitted kitchen open into the living/dining room. Bathroom with Rainforest style shower above the bath. In purpose built development with it's own car park with electric car charging in Fulwell, Sunderland SR6. 1.5 miles north of Sunderland City Centre. Roker Park, beach, Marina, Metro station and the St Peter's Campus of Sunderland University are all within walking distance.

"HAY LOFT" quiet rural location, close to Durham
The Loft is located above our garage in a large garden and field totalling 8 acres. We're at the end of a farm track in the middle of the countryside, half a mile from the nearest road meaning ZERO traffic noise. The headroom is kind of tight along the two sides but, at 6 feet tall I manage okay. Perfect for two, but can easily cope with 4 people. The Loft is accessed by external concrete steps. The accommodation is not suitable for children but we've squeezed them in on occasions.

St Vincent Street, family friendly home from home
Located on a quiet residential street a 10 minute walk from South Shields' stunning Sandhaven Beach with its bars, cafes and parks close to the Marine training school, this self-contained 4/5 bed ground floor flat has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, weekend break or business visit including free wi-fi and free on street parking. It's also a 10 minutes’ walk to Metro trains for Newcastle and has excellent road links to Durham, Northumberland and North Yorkshire.

Well equipped studio. Plenty of space for 3 to relax after a day of sightseeing. Unwind in the spacious walk in shower. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the garden or the large patio ( with or without the goats!). Perhaps even a BBQ ( gas BBQ available on request). Pop over the village green to the pub. Cosy down and prepare for your next adventure watching satellite T.V. Cook a light meal or order a take away. Very peaceful location and very comfortable accommodation.

It is a bright apartment which you only have to cross the road to reach the sandy Whitley Bay beach. The apartment is central to the iconic Spanish City, amusement arcades, fantastic fish & chip restaurants and of course you’re close to amazing ice cream parlours!
