We had a fantastic stay and loved living among the deer! The house was clean and had everything we needed! Hosts were very responsive with any communication. We loved access to the rec center. Overall, we loved our stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and had a perfect layout for parents and teens! The kitchen is stocked with all the proper equipment and the grill is in a perfect place for cooking outdoors. The backyard view is stunning and sitting on the decks was enjoyable with plenty of seating. Our family would Love to revisit in the fall!!

My Boyfriend, Mother, and I all enjoyed this place a lot. We wanted a calm weekend getaway and that is what we got. The house was so comfortable and relaxing. All of the amenities are exactly as described. Instructions are so clear and easy to follow. Super Clean. We watched movies enjoyed the hot tub. Enjoyed the master shower which was a huge highlight. The rainfall shower was so relaxing. Check out instructions were super easy to follow. We saw owls and deer. Games, shuffleboard, hot tub, arcade,corn hole, and more it was exactly what a weekend mountain/cabin getaway should be. We didn’t utilize the pool passes but we imagine in the summer when t would be so nice to have! During our stay it was a 10/10 experience.

We had a great time at the cabin. We had 4 adults and 5 children. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen was stocked well with dishes, pot and pans, silverware, towels, etc. We enjoyed the fire pit and the amenities such as the indoor pool, mini golf, tennis courts, etc. Our family had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. Thank you Jess and Jared for allowing us to use your cabin!!

The Lookout Cabin was in a great location as far as views and privacy. The hot tub and porch were the best features. However, it was a long way to get anything to eat. No grocery unless you went to Fort Payne, about 30 minutes. There was a gas station/ market, Mentone Market, that had wonderful pizza. The cabin could be updated and decluttered a bit, and bathroom really needs an upgrade. But all in all it was a great place to stay and the host was very responsive and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was great and very accommodating for our big family. This is a wonderful cabin if you’re looking for something private and very peaceful. Sherry made sure our request was fulfilled which was very thoughtful, she is also very communicative which makes the experience even better!

This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. The cabin is cozy and the surrounding area is so beautiful and peaceful. The trail on the property is perfect for short walks and beautiful views. I cannot recommend this place enough.

We had such a positive experience staying here. The host, Jill, was responsive from before check in to after check out. Very clean and comfortable place. Fairly easy to navigate up the mountain without a door wheel drive. Absolutely beautiful sunsets! Will definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Hide n go Creek. Beautiful property, inside and out. Everything was as described. Jason was very responsive.

Paul and Kayla’s place was such a great property! We loved the location because even though it has picturesque views of the mountains, it was only about a mile off of the main highway. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of small appliances, pots, and utensils. We appreciated the recommendations of local restaurants and attractions, and our dog loved the dog toy basket filled with plenty of toys. Paul and Kayla responded quickly to my messages with questions about the cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we can’t wait to come back to Ellijay soon!

This cabin was perfect for my rest and relaxation vacation! Very clean, with a fantastic hot tub to watch and listen to nature from :) The area did have a brief power outage one day but the hosts were super quick and helpful!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cabin. A great place to stay for a large family with plenty of games and things to do while on the grounds. The location was also perfect, not too far from things to do. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back!

We stayed 4 nights. Appreciated the helpful arrival instructions. We put the church address in our GPS, and after that, followed the detailed instructions Tami provided. This is a relatively new neighborhood of cabins and our GPS wouldn't show us the house address. The road is not paved but in fairly good condition, somewhat narrow but proceed slowly and watch for oncoming vehicles. There's room to pull over to give way if needed. Since it was just the two of us staying, we only utilized the main bedroom and kitchen /living area located on the middle floor. There's plenty of room for 8 people! If you have kids, there's two bedrooms (queen and trundle daybed) plus a separate living room area with it's own bathroom. On the top floor, there's a cute open loft bedroom with two twin beds and a reading nook. The property is decorated tastefully, was very clean and very private. We had an issue with the hot tub on arrival,but that was addressed the next morning by the awesome housekeeper

We had our annual college friend reunion here this year, and I think we’ll be coming back here every year. This place was perfect. It had enough space for everyone without being crammed. Everything worked great, easy to get to. This was the perfect place for us. Cannot recommend Laura and this place enough. We will 1000% be coming back!

We loved staying at Sunset View! The cabin was even nicer than the pictures online. The beds were comfy, the water was hot, the internet was amazing. The hot tub was nice after a long day of sight seeing. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax for our family of 5...the kids played xbox in the bedrooms while, hubs watched Netflix & I worked remotely. Sean & Melissa thought of everything from the variety of games in the game closet, to extra pillows, blankets, & towels and even spare toothbrushes & qtips. The ONLY thing that we wish we knew before we booked a cabin in the Coosawattee River Resort is how steep the single-lane, one-way roads were within the resort. If you are not from a state with mountains, this will be a HUGE shock for you! Again, the cabin was FABULOUS and the hosts were so easy to communicate with.

My family really enjoyed the character of this place… a real log home with lots of land to roam. The steps to the loft are pretty steep, so those with mobility issues may have a difficult time, but my husband and myself LOVED the loft area. Ben gave us specific instructions before arriving, was available during the ride and he was waiting on us when we got there. This is top notch service! We would definitely go back to enjoy this quaint getaway.

The place was exactly as the pictures show. Perfect for a weekend get away. Just a nice place to go when you need a change of scenery without having to break the bank. I will definitely be booking again. Thank you guys for the weekend.

What an incredible retreat! Completely private, with views that cannot be captured in the photos. Watching the sun set from the swim spa while listening to the waterfall...it was just magical. It is a half-hour drive up the mountain from town and the road does get bumpy, but once you're there you won't want to leave! My family loved that it was no-tech; we hiked, played games, read books, and completed a puzzle. If you're looking for a retreat from the fast-paced, high-tech world, this is it!

I stayed at Danette’s beautiful place with my husband and 4 year old daughter and we had a wonderful stay at this fantastic cabin. It was spacious, had everything we needed, and literally the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. We saw so many deer close up, caught some bass (released of course), and spent evenings by the fire or in the hot tub. The location was absolutely perfect… close to everything but also very private within the community! Also there are playgrounds and a rec center within the community which my 4 year old was thrilled out. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks for everything, Danette!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming cabin in Ellijay, GA, and it exceeded all of my expectations! Nestled in the woods with breathtaking views of the mountains, this cabin offered the perfect blend of comfort and nature. The interior was warm and inviting, featuring rustic decor with modern amenities. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking meals a breeze, and the cozy living room was an added touch. The highlight of the stay was definitely the outdoor space—whether it was enjoying morning coffee on the porch while listening to the peaceful sounds of nature or soaking in the hot tub under a starlit sky, it felt like paradise. Plus, the location was ideal—close enough to downtown Blue Ridge for a quick trip to shops and restaurants, but far enough to feel completely secluded. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the mountains. It was the perfect escape, and I can't wait to return!
