Walter's place worked great for my month of italian study. Clean, with everything I needed. Very pleasant neighborhood one stop away from the touristy part of Rome. One thing to note, it doesn't have a couch or a living room so you hang out in the kitchen or the bedroom. Fine for me. Very happy with my stay.

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

We stayed five nights in Gordon's apartment. Well equipped with everything we needed to prepare breakfast and a late dinner. We were very pleased with Gordon, he met us earlier than the agreed time, showed us everything in the apartment and gave us basic directions for sights and places to eat and gelato. We visited all the recommended places and were very satisfied.

Giovanni is really a great hosts. I enjoyed my stay at his place.

This apartment was quiet and in a great vibrant location. There was 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance from Roma Termini station. The restaurants nearby made us feel part of the local community. The neighborhood has a younger feel, but we never felt unsafe during the evenings. Public transport links (trams and buses) are close and you can access almost everywhere from Roma Termini. We would stay here again when we come back to Rome!

Alessandro is a great host! The location is easy to access the lake and region.

Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Anna Maria and Nadia were very accommodating and helpful with their recommendations. The accommodation was clean and had everything needed. Close to the train station and restaurants.

AMAZING STAY! First of all the hosts were incredibly welcoming, kind and accommodating. Now the place? Ugh! Even better than pictures! Beautiful, comfortable and tastefully decorated! 🫶🏽 We loved the neighborhood and also that the metro was just a few blocks away. We definitely recommend this place!

Ottavia est très bien placé sur la ligne de train pour visiter tout Rome . Appartement fonctionnel et très agréable avec le petit jardin

Die Lage ist auch ideal für Ausflüge nach Rom, das nur etwa 40 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

We enjoyed staying at Marco’s place, it was really spacious and so we felt comfortable cooking there and spending time resting and chilling. The location is also close to the main train station and the main city area of Rome so it is very convenient. We managed to find food places near the area and Marco recommended some places that we thought were superb. Wonderful stay!

Such a great place to stay in Rome. Carlo's home is beautiful. So much character and space. And really well equipped. We loved the location a bit outside the centre but a short walk (10 mins) to metro and about 25 mins walk to Vatican city. Great restaurants in the area too so we didn't need to go too far at night. Really great choice for a break in Roma. And the welcome basket was the best we've ever had in an Airbnb..

We really enjoyed meeting Carmen and staying at her place. It was exceptionally clean and the bed was so comfortable. WiFi and TV were great to have. We enjoy staying in neighborhoods like this one. We would book it again. Thanks, Carmen

Christina is a fabulous host. We were met at check in and shown around the apartment. It's a very quirky apartment in a good way and have some outstanding decorative fixtures and fittings in keeping with It's Title Johnny's Industrial apartment. Rome is a beautiful city, easy access into centre of Rome with bus and Tram within walking distance. Unfortunate timing for us with the passing of Pope Francis, but will definitely go back. Very well equipped for our short stay. Christina is extremely knowledgeable about the area and will get back to you almost immediately with any queries. Fabulous huge Hot Tub off the back bedroom, didn't use it but that was down to health reasons. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely host....I would recommend. Thank you Christina 😊

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.

Robertos Airbnb was just as pictured and described! He was very responsive and gave perfectly clear instructions on how to find the home and check in that really helped. We needed a place to stay for our final two days in Italy and his home was a very short walk from Romes Termini station which was just what we were looking for. It felt safe to walk around at night and we not only had the central market to eat at, there were also local spots we checked out that were great (Trattoria Cecio, a 5 minute walk from the home, was one of our favorite restaurants the entire trip!). If you need a spot right next to the train station I highly recommend Roberto’s Airbnb! (Do be advised: As of April 14th, 2025 some apartment close by was having construction done that was quite loud and starts right at 9 am)

Great short break at this authentic property in Monti area. Our host made check in very easy, with exact instructions. Even was able to accommodate an earlier check in, following our layover at the airport. Apartment very spacious and great location. Local facilities nearby but Colloseum and Trevi areas also easily walkable. Excellent washing and bathing options in the accommodation. Everything worked. Most impressive was the rapid responsiveness, happy to answer any questions. In short, a brilliant introduction to an amazing city.
