Also Stockbridge, the stunning New Forest National Park and the beaches of the south coast, Winchester and Stonehenge are great nearby places to visit.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private tennis court, should you wish to use it. In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. It has a beautiful wood fired hot tub .Every aspect of the property is finished to the highest standard. Oak finish throughout with raw natural beams flowing through the property to really give it that warm country feel. Close to all the wonderful local amenities such as the beautiful market town of romsey only a 5 minute drive! Also the beautiful historic city of Winchester.

Abbey Water Rooms, in the heart of Romsey, overlooks a tributary of the River Test and has views towards Romsey Abbey. Shops, cafes and local attractions are within 2 minutes walk. In a self contained annexe the accommodation consists of: Ground floor- sitting room or 2nd bedroom ( Queen bed) and shower room. First floor - staircase to small landing with kitchenette and basin, main bedroom (King bed) and Smart TV. Tea, coffee and cereal is included and there is off road parking.

The garden annexe to Coopers Farmhouse. This self-contained unit is upstairs, above our garage, with a balcony overlooking gorgeous fields and garden. You enter the living room with a mini-kitchen, TV and sitting area and sofa bed (king). Through an archway (no door) and in the bedroom the twin beds can zip together and be made into a lovely big double if required. Finally, an ensuite shower room. A small continental breakfast will be left for your first morning's stay.

Elgin Cottage is a 16th century mid terraced home situated in the heart of Whiteparish. Beautifully presented and newly refurbished, this rustic cottage has stunning original features. With a log burner in the reception room which also has space to dine, two double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a secluded rear garden, laundry area with washing machine and separate drier, a study area with desk, high speed WIFI, and a bathroom with a bath and shower over.

John's Barn

Beautiful architect designed barn set in private woodland of over 50 acres. John's Barn was the result of a conversion of an existing barn. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen / living / dining area. The natural woodland, fields, lake and river give the chance to get back to nature and is ideal for children to explore. The wildlife includes herds of deer that you will see up close. The barn is situated 2 miles from the New Forest Park national park.

Our cottage is just inside the New Forest national park in a quiet, rural location easy to access from the M27 or the A36, and a 10-minute stroll to Paultons Park. Private parking and a spacious garden. There are many places to visit locally and some lovely walks nearby in the New Forest. The easy access to main roads means Southampton is only 20 minutes away, Winchester 25 minutes, Salisbury 25 minutes and the sandy beaches of Bournemouth only a 30-minute drive.
