In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. The garden is a particular attraction, providing various areas for relaxing, including a small fruit orchard, part of which is kept as a wildflower meadow. The cottage is primarily set up for 4 guests but possible to sleep 6 by using sofa-bed in dining room.

Our cottage is just inside the New Forest national park in a quiet, rural location easy to access from the M27 or the A36, and a 10-minute stroll to Paultons Park. Private parking and a spacious garden. There are many places to visit locally and some lovely walks nearby in the New Forest. The easy access to main roads means Southampton is only 20 minutes away, Winchester 25 minutes, Salisbury 25 minutes and the sandy beaches of Bournemouth only a 30-minute drive.
