We had a lovely week staying at this Villa which is in a lovely rural setting and is very tranquil. The Villa is a 20 minute walk into Arriate and a 10-15 minute drive into Ronda. The gardens are beautifully maintained, with lots of areas to relax in. The house is kept nice and warm in the winter and I’m sure is very cool in the summer.

Paradise, Beautiful, Idyllic, simply perfect. From the moment you meet Jose (and Adrian who will explain everything, plus local tips in perfect English) you feel completely relaxed with friendly welcome, The house is beautiful, the garden and pool are exceptional with the added feature of the sound a cool fresh river/stream trickling along the edge of the garden, even in mid-summer when al the other rivers are dry. Jose's projects, love and care for his garden make you feel you have rented somewhere special. There are nice restaurants and parking at the top of the track, a tough 30 min steep walk in the summer heat. Well equipped kitchen and BBQ, plenty of space throughout. The house is built into the rock so stays a constant comfortable temperature. Absolutely loved this holiday and a perfect base for visiting Andalucía - Thank you Jose.

The pictures didn't do it justice! probably the nicest villa I have ever stayed in. It was spacious, practical, great location. The hosts were lovely with great communication. Couldn't recommend enough!

Lovely stay - loads of space and really relaxing- hope to come again!

We had a fabulous stay with my family, including two kids aged 1 and 3, in this spacious villa. The villa boasts four bedrooms, each equipped with its own shower and space to store your clothes. The garden and surroundings are breathtaking, offering a peaceful vacation where your kids can run around freely. It's only 5-10 minutes away by car from the city center of Ronda and grocery shops, making it a perfect location to combine privacy with Spanish small city vibes.

Fuimos en enero 4 parejas y quedamos encantados tanto con la casa como con Jose Manuel. Nos encantó lo completa que estaba, tanto la zona de interior como exterior. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días entre amigos y familia. Puedes llegar fácilmente andando al pueblo de Arriates para ir al súper o cualquier cosita. ¡Volveremos sin duda!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. It had everything we needed and more. Nadine was an exceptional host—very attentive, proactive, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Great place, great location, great host!

We were 2 families with 3 kids who spent a week in this fantastic place. the kids loved it and it has everything you can think of. Angela was very helpful, responsive and made time for us even when we checked in on the Christmas-eve. Since we had rented a car we thought this was very convienient as it is close to the motor way. There were bus stations very close by too but I can't say much about it. This is definitely a place we would come back to and a fantastic place to be. The pool was a bit cold for us during December but I can't imagine how great that would be in summer. Also, the street parking is free and abundantly available.

Samia was warm, friendly, helpful and extremely responsive from the moment we booked our first air BnB holiday abroad! Her beautiful home is very comfortable and homely with modern furnishings and a lovely open plan living space. The terrace was a peaceful haven and was a lovely outdoor space to relax in. The pool and surrounding stunning gardens were a joy. The children especially loved the pool and it was easy to watch them playing in a safe environment whilst we could enjoy the sun beds. The area is a peaceful location and we enjoyed exploring mainly on foot, walking to the centre of Puerto Banus (about 25 mins) and also visiting the Arena area for some good food and the market on the Saturday. Our trips to Marbella by bus and to Estapona were also wonderful! Thank you again for a lovely relaxing holiday Samia! 🪷🌊😎

Exceeded our expectations by miles! Beautiful villa so much bigger & luxurious than we ever thought. The photos don’t do the villa justice - the best well equipped place I have ever stayed it has everything you need and more! Big super market 10 minute walk away, with Marbella old town & the beach the same, beautiful location, everything worked perfectly and the sun terrace was a beautiful surprise too! The villa and outside the villa was absolutely spotless! I can’t wait to come back with our partners & children as it’s just so perfect! Jim has absolutely nailed this :) communication with hosts is fantastic always a quick response and check in & out was really simple and easy. The airport is around 45 minute drive which is great! The pool was fantastic as well especially when the sun was shining down, tv & wifi was brilliant and water was always hot! It was lovely to have so many bathrooms! The villa was stunning, me and my 9 friends stayed for my 30th. We opted for the warm pool and was worth it. 20 mins to Puerto Banus and 10 minutes to breathe breakfast. Kitchen amenities were class and all the bedrooms were a good size. Nacho was very responsive and answered any questions I had quick. He also accommodated our late check out which was a relief. Hairdryers and iron board was good. Bed was comfy in my opinion. Showers were always hot, I liked the long table outside for drinks. Air con was good with the remote control addition. Supermarkets were 10 minutes walk away. Some tea and coffee was provided. Room was edited based on our preferences of single or double beds. Nah I sorted out a shuttle bus to and from the airport which was cheap and classy. It’s a lot bigger than the pictures suggest. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed for 2 weeks with my family and had a lovely stay. The house is very comfy and spacious, and has been recently re-fit. It was all as described in the pictures. The garden and the common areas are well groomed. We would stay again if we were to travel again to the same area.

Paloma was an incredible host and the home is absolutely beautiful!!! My biggest fear was the AC being weak but while writing this review there’s honestly nothing bad I could say about this experience. Definitely recommended and will absolutely come again!!

Had a wonderful time at Arash’s property. The villa was absolutely stunning and the location was perfect. Arash was a very helpful host and answered all questions we had.

A wonderful stay in this beautiful house that has lovely features everywhere you look. It is very peaceful, just the sound of the local donkeys, goats and horses. With picturesque views of the mountains, the pool was perfect and a great size. Our daughter loved visiting the horses and the sweet cat that would visit us daily. Manuel, Plàcido and Antonio were all very friendly, and the home-grown fruit, veg and eggs delivery was so thoughtful. Gaucín is a very pretty town, and the local restaurants are within easy walking distance. We hope to come back!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Nuska. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Kommunikation war problemlos. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

An absolute dream of a stay. We stayed for a month and the place felt like home. Olvera, is the most beautiful little place, friendly, breathtaking views and the best place to be creative. Tania was the best host and Frank who helps with the property is an absolute legend, always about to help with anything. The house was so so much bigger than we thought, we practically lived on the terrace! Cannot fault. 10/10!

Magnífico lugar para desconectar de absolutamente todo... Un paisaje maravilloso. La casa tenía todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa, detalles muy buenos por parte del anfitrión. Lo mejor de todo es los cariñosos que son sus gatitos, nos hemos ido encantados con ellos. seguramente volveremos.

Really nice House in a private atmosphere! Everything was as described and the house is in a gated community, which is great! There is a really nice forecourt in front of the house which makes you feel as you are in a tiny mediterranen village. There is everything you need, from a parking lot right next to the house to an on suite bathroom in both bedrooms. Susana and Jose are great hosts, every time we needed them they replied in minutes. I'd come back and would absolutely recommend this place!

Tania es maravillosa! Un lugar perfecto, cómodo para descansar! Estar en familia o pareja ! Todo súper cerca muy bien situado la pasamos genial !!! Con mis amigos ! Se los recomiendo!
