I really appreciate your review and the positive things shared about the space. I'd like to address the cons listed to give an accurate picture of the loft and its setting. We are located in a neighborhood very close to downtown. Having lived at the property for 17+ years I can assure guests that the neighborhood is in no way dangerous, neither day or night. I walk here by myself all the time, even in the evenings, without ever having any issues. As for the curtains in the loft, they are made of a thick woven cotton and are in no way sheer or transparent. Unless one stands immediately next to the curtains with the lights on inside there is absolutely no way to see silhouettes and certainly no need to dress/undress in the dark. All curtain panels reach from top of windows to the floor and they are each wider than the window they cover, so there really is no way to view in with curtains drawn. The loft is located in our backyard which is surrounded by a 6' wooden fence all way around, so there is no way neighbors can view in and the loft is facing away from our home so there is no direct view possible from any angle. And while this should go without saying, no one here is trying to sneak peaks at any of our guests, ever. The loft is very private both inside and outside in the garden as well.
