Located midtown on 45th street blocks from secrets and the convention center. You will enjoy this studio apt. Stroll for a morning coffee or run down the coastline. You are literally steps away from the sunrise to the East and sunset to the West. Dozens of restaurants line the shores here.
I think 45th street beach is the best for boogie boarding all day. We are directly across the street from 45th street Plaza which hosts 6 restaurants and an alehouse. Belly Busters is right on our corner for a quick sub and Crabs On the Bay is 2 blocks away- THE BEST CRABS IN OCMD!!
Mini golf is walking distance and so is the boardwalk. BE sure to try Thrashers French Fries and a funnel cake. There are 4 gyms in OCMD. We do not have a pool but Most hotel pools allow visitors so long you are buying cocktails and food. I recommend Clarion 125 th street. Great AUCE crab legs and are the best and a great HH.
If you like to fish FISHTAILS has 1/2 day cruises for $30 bucks on average. Or grab a pole from the closet and cast your own. We have plenty of solo cups and coffee cups. There is a Kuerig coffee maker and bring your own condiments.
Secrets Is great day and night- it is two blocks away and can be enjoyed day or night. It has an average of 5 bands playing and a DJ all day!
Short bus ride to Ocean City' s Boardwalk or short drive to Bethany and Rehoboth.

Unless previously arranged with me, do not allow anyone not on the guest list into my private home. (Violation of this rule is grounds for immediate cancellation.)
Always turn off all lights when not occupying a room (dimmer switched fully OFF, not just maximum dim...) Do not leave water running.
When disposing of trash please put In dumpster.

Here is some more important information for your stay:
Check in/check out - Check-in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. In order for our cleaners to properly prepare each unit for our guests arrival, check out time is 11:00 am the day of your departure, for all units. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Landlord, check outs after 11am shall be subject to a minimum fine of $100 (to be charged to the card on file), unless the late departure delays the cleaning staff from having the unit ready for the subsequent tenant, in which case the fine shall be equal to the cost of one night's rent.
Important Check-out Procedures: As a courtesy to the incoming guests, please be sure you have done the following prior to departing the unit:
Strip beds and leave any sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers on the bed itself.
If you have perishables left in the fridge or in the trash, please remove all of these items from the apartment and dispose of them in one of the trash/recycling bins located on the premises.
Load the dishwasher with any dirty dishes and set it to run before you leave. If you unit does not have a dishwasher, please wash all dishes and return them to the proper storage area.
Report any damage to the unit or maintenance issues.
Lost Item Return Policy - For any personal items that have been left behind upon departure, guests are required to reimburse STRB for the cost of postage, in addition to a $50 flat fee used to cover retrieval costs.
Items we provide in the unit - We provide you with bedding, towels, kitchen equipment and small appliances, like alarm clock, blow dryer and iron/ironing board, as well as enough paper products, hand soap and dish soap to get you through your first day. Unfortunately, we do not provide items like shower and bath products, food products or coffee filters, though some of these items may be in your unit as other guests may have left them behin. For the duration of your stay, you are responsible for laundering your own towels and bedding. At the end of your stay please just strip the bed linens and leave them for our cleaning crew to launder.
Management and Maintenance Requests - Our management team is available during our business hours - Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm - to respond to maintenance or management issues.

Please Note - Parties and gatherings of large groups are not permitted in the unit(s), unless approved in writing by Landlord. Landlord reserves the right to fine the Tenant up to $1,000 for violating this clause (to be charged to the credit card on file). If Tenant violates this clause then the third party renter's insurance policy, if any, shall also be null and void and the Tenant shall be liable for all damages to the unit.
