Licensee acknowledges and agrees that his/her occupancy is as a lodger of the Property and not as a tenant under landlord/tenant law and subjected to occupancy transient tax. The Stardust holds the right to terminate this Agreement at anytime without recourse to eviction.

One hundred percent (100%) of the Total Occupancy Rate is payable to The Stardust in order to book and hold the property.

Reservation of the Property is not confirmed until the Licensee signs The Stardust Lodging Agreement and The Stardust receives 100% of the Total Occupancy Rate. Payment failure will result in cancellation of the Lodging Agreement.

Must be at least 25 YEARS OF AGE to enter reserve. Proof of age will be requested at the time of arrival.

A minimum of thirty (30) days notice is required for a refund of the amount paid. If the reservation is cancelled less than thirty (30) days before the check-in date, any amounts paid will not be refundable.

Check-in is no earlier than 3 pm unless prior arrangements have been made with The Stardust.

Check-out is no later than 11 am unless prior arrangements have been made with The Stardust.

SMOKING POLICY: The Stardust is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the policy will result in a $250 additional Cleaning Fee.

PETS: There are to be no pets on the property – except with prior authorization. Any violations of this policy will result in a $100 fee.

OCCUPANCY POLICY: The Licensee understands that the maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults and 4 adults in the Double Queen Suite.

The Licensee understands that he/she shall be held financially liable in the event that damages, beyond normal wear and tear, as a result of my lodging, are discovered in my room after check-out. The Licensee agrees to accept charges to the credit card on file in the prudent amount determined by The Stardust.

RETURN OF SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT (if applicable): The Security/Damage Deposit, minus any charges against it, will be refunded to the credit card provided within seven (7) days of your departure.

TELEPHONE ACCESS: The Licensee is aware there are no telephones available in my room.

EVENTS/VENDORS: Any vendors entering the property or events held at the property must be disclosed prior to booking. Additional event fees are to be determined by The Stardust. Additional licensing requirements may be necessary. All vendors must be licensed and insured.

Owner, its Employees or Management may enter the Property at any time without any prior notice.

The Licensee agrees to accept a $50 replacement charge for any room keys that are not returned at time of check-out.

The Licensee understands that Quite Time is to be respected in all areas of the Property between 10 pm and 8 am PST. The Licensee shall be liable for any cost incurred as a result in neighbor complaints or Police being called to the Property.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.

The Stardust and, but not limited to, its Employees, Management, and affiliated parties, are not liable for the loss or damage of any personal property. The Licensee agrees that their liability for this bill is not waived, and agrees to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated party fails to pay for any or the full amount of these charges.

Gates to the interior pool courtyard must remain closed at all times. Under no circumstances are gates to be left open.
No lifeguard is on duty. No diving or running is allowed around the pool.
No glass is allowed anywhere around the pool.
