This second-story, two-bedroom, two bath townhouse has unique furnishings each hand-selected and updated by the host. Our location is ideal for travelers who want easy access to everything Las Vegas offers without any of the hassle (and extra expenses--resort fees, every meal, parking) that comes from staying on the Strip. This is a perfect getaway for couples, families, and/or business travelers.

We live in a townhouse community only one freeway exit east of McCarran International Airport and all of the tourist attractions including The Strip. Our major cross streets are Eastern and Windmill. We are just south of Sunset Park.
We have convenient and free parking throughout our community. All of the guest parking is marked in yellow with "guest" written on the parking space, and one of those spaces is directly downstairs from the townhouse.

My dog Bennett and I have been AirBNB hosts for many years, and we're excited to host guests in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are both mature, quiet, and respectful. We will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible while giving you plenty of privacy.
We divide our time between our home (about a half mile from the listed condo) and southern Utah.

- Please take out your trash regularly (the dumpster is across the parking lot from the condo) and when you check out.
- Please leave the pool key hanging by the front door when you're not using it (currently closed for the season).
- You are welcome to use the laundry and iron / ironing board. Please leave it as you find it and bring your own detergent.
- There is a grocery store (Smith's) one block south on Eastern. You are responsible for your own groceries and clean up.
