I live with my family a few blocks away and try to be as helpful, informative, and available as possible. Please keep inquiries between the hours of 8am and 6pm, and contact me outside of that time frame only for urgent issues, like a clogged toilet or a lost room key. Dial 911 for emergencies.

The Roadrunner is on the upper story of a downtown building. Fredericksburg is a lively town, with a lot of activity on weekends and holidays. Motorcycles, large trucks, and live music occasionally produce sound which penetrates into the building. The city has a strict noise ordinance in place, and violations are subject to fines. If you think the music next door is beyond a reasonable decibel, please contact the Police Department.
No. 2 accommodates 2 guests. Additional overnight guests are not allowed due to the sleeping arrangements and as a courtesy to your neighbors.
Three private studios comprise The Roadrunner Inn, which share an entrance and foyer. Please be considerate of your neighbors as well as the shops downstairs when entering and exiting and in the common area.
Fredericksburg native, enthusiastic local, entrepreneur, design-lover, devoted wife and soccer mom to 4. I'm used to people mispronouncing my name; It's "Castle." My family lives just a few blocks away, with our Wheaten Terrier, in a lovingly restored Mid-century rambler. We are fond of the beach, good manners, Sunday brunch, and wearing our leiderhosen and dirndles to the Oktoberfest.
When I travel, I put as much emphasis on choosing the accommodations, as choosing the destination, and consider my temporary living space a fundamental part of the experience. I opened The Roadrunner in 2007, with hopes of creating a beautiful, original, and inspiring space for like-minded travelers to hang their vacation hats.
