Pets: Not allowed. Deposit will be forfeited.
Smoking: Not allowed inside the house. Smoking inside the house may forfeit security deposit. Please dispose of your smoking debris properly.
Noise: Please honor the Palm Springs noise ordinance that prohibits unreasonable noise levels outside at any time. This ordinance is vigorously enforced especially after 9 p.m. every day of the week. Any disturbance resulting in a call to the Palm Springs Police will result in a minimum $100.00 charge toward your security deposit and possible eviction. Palm Springs Police department also issues fines directly to vacationing guests of this home for noise ordinances.
It is required that the contracted renter stay at property during entire stay. If it is determined that contracted renter is not staying at property, security deposit will be forfeited and all guests evicted.
Occupancy: Maximum overnight occupancy shall not exceed 4 persons. If it is determined that you have more in your party than you originally booked, security deposit may be forfeited. Maximum daytime occupancy not to exceed 6 persons unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. Exceeding maximum night or daytime occupancy without written permission from owner may result in forfeiture of security deposit.
