House plus ample parking on 1/3 acre provides privacy in residential area. High-speed wifi and basic cable TV. Furnishings are simple but new and clean. Designed to be a clean, comfortable great value home, not luxury, price is reflective of that.
Check-box option in here for beds is only for "Queen/Full." The bed in the Master is a regular Queen with beautiful headboard and dresser. The beds in the guest bedrooms are brand new (sofa) double, or full. Mattresses are brand new and have toppers and are super comfy, so "sofa bed" is really not the feel here. They are double, clean, new, and very comfortable. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room which is made down upon request. Our guests love them. In addition, we keep air mattresses with toppers on site for additional needs.

House, large drive, and carport parking. There is a keyless entry on the front door. We will text to you by phone the entry code on the day of your arrival. With no key and the code being changed with every guest, this provides additional security.
**During snowy weather, the paved drive is salted and de-iced for your approach to 72nd, but we are very happy to come assist you this winter as you are leaving, if you let us know upon check in that you wish to have that service.
Keep in mind that this is Yakima and during the winter, studded, new tires are the only way that any drivers keep safe. We recommend them always.

You will find it equipped with daily items like shampoo and razors. If you forget anything, Rosauer's is 3 minutes away, and Wal-Mart 5 minutes, and there are many restaurants that deliver to the house, so you are in good hands!
**Daughter manages this on site and we respect peoples' privacy. We clean and set up for you, text you the front door code, then respect your privacy. You may always contact us if you have a need, and we are happy to make restaurant and other recommendations.

This house is in a residential area where loud music or noise is NOT allowed. This is by Yakima City Code.
Please see the "directions" for tips - the paved driveway up the hill is not easily seen. It is between two concrete retaining walls on the EAST side of 72nd. Look for a green mailbox. You will pass a couple duplexes and the house sits at the top of the PAVED drive which extends to gravel through the gate. If you have mapping, this will help you see where to turn for the driveway.
This is a great place to stay, usually very quiet. This is NOT a good place to be noisy or have a party - and it is not allowed. It's clean and a good place for babies with supervision (of course). We will be happy to bring you a portable crib and anything else you need for a child under 2, just let us know.
