There are two boutique art galleries, a coffee shop, a convenience store (open everyday 8am-10pm), and "Sama" yoga studio just steps from the front door. A ten minute walk will bring you to trendy Queen St West, the quiet solitude of High Park, several jogging/biking trails, diverse Roncesvalles Avenue and Sunnyside Pavilion /Beach on the shores of Lake Ontario.
This quiet residential neighbourhood is comprised of mostly young families and is extremely safe to walk day and night.
The apartment has all stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the cookware you need to prepare a gourmet meal!
There is a large private patio just off the kitchen; a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or to just hang out and take advantage of the complementary high-speed WIFI.
We try to be as green as possible and as such all power for the house is supplied with renewable energy through BullFrog power.

Guests have access to a 52" Plasma Screen with an Apple TV connected and Satellite TV with channels from around the world. There is Netflix high-speed wireless access and a wireless printer/scanner available. The kitchen comes fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, and anything else you might need to make yourself at home, or make a fantastic meal (pots, pans, kettle, bodum, blender, toaster oven, and many other esssentials).

My husband Mike and I live in a separate apartment upstairs with our two dogs Bear and Sadie. We honour your privacy, but we are always happy to assist you in making sure that your stay is enjoyable. We are both available to help with any questions you may have about the apartment, the city, etc. My husband is normally available to greet guest and to help get settled. Both my husband and I were born and raised in Toronto and are proud and happy to share our city with you. We proudly welcome all with open arms. All races, religions, nationalities, genders and LGBTQ are more than welcome to stay with us!

On-street parking is included in your reservation. Should you plan on parking please forward your plate info and we will have a permit ready for you upon arrival.
Anything less than a Five Star review means we haven't done our job properly. If for any reason you are unhappy about any part of your stay please let us know immediately so that we can make our best efforts to rectify it.

First and foremost we would like your stay with us to be as enjoyable as possible. If there is anything you are unsatisfied with or have any special requests / questions please do not hesitate to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please let us know of any cleaning oversights or equipment malfunctions as soon as possible so that they can be rectified for you immediately and for the benefit of the next guests.
-There is NO SMOKING inside the apartment. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee and the immediate removal of all guests.
-Unless pre approved by us, un-registered guest are not allowed in the apartment. *We will try to be accommodating where possible with advanced notice*
-If you happen to accidentally break something please let us know as soon as possible so we may replace or repair it for the next guest.
-We are happy to provide free high-speed Wifi to our guests. By use of our network, you agree to use it only for legal purposes and agree not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, or any other illegal activities.
-Our strict check-out time is 11AM. Unless prearranged with us all guest agree that any guest who has not vacated the suite by 11AM will be assed a $100.00 late check-out fee and expected to leave immediately.
-Due to fire code and insurance issues, under no circumstance are we able to host more than two guests (this includes infants and children)
-GUESTS – Occupant(s) assumes responsibility for the behaviour of their guests during this term and any damage to the property, suite and its contents . Should there be a noise complaint during the time of occupancy, or any violation of the above stated conditions, the Owners, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and regain possession without providing compensation.
-If the owner receives a noise complaint during the occupants stay, the owner will retain the occupants damage deposit.
-Please make sure that the guest who books the reservation is available at the time of check-in. We are unable to check-in any guest without the main guest there in person.
-By making a reservation you are agreeing to all the above stated terms.
