INSIDE THE CONDO
From the courtyard, the entry opens to the front foyer with plenty of room for coats, scarves, hats and boots. Plus, a cabinet inside the door is great for gloves and keys. Park your car in the covered parking space under the building and enter through the back of the building – in our excellent location, you might not need that car again!
In the living room, relax on the sofa, which doubles as a Queen-sized sleeper. Warm your feet by the wood-burning fireplace. This space also includes a new TV with a DVD and VHS player (for your favorite classics).
At mealtime, settle in at the oval wooden table with four high back wooden chairs (and leather seats). If you need a bit more room, there are four more seats at the wide kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully-equipped with fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher.
The master bedroom features a new King-sized bed with new bed frame and nightstands on each side. Feel free to use the large six-drawer dresser or hang your clothes in the closet. The en-suite full bath has a tub and shower combo with glass sliding doors.
In the guest bedroom, you have two new twin beds with matching wooden headboards. This room offers a nightstand between the beds, along with a four-drawer dresser and a closet.
The unmatched Aspen location – walking distance to the Aspen Core and the gondola - is sure to have you out exploring America’s most iconic mountain paradise. But, when the car is parked outside, take advantage of the shared common area and communal gas grill. Great for entertaining and meeting new friends after a day hiking and exploring the mountains.
Note: There is a new washer/dryer for guest use as well as new carpeting and new paint on the walls.
Please note that the condo HOA does not allow any pets in the units.
Skiing may be a main attraction, but there’s so much more to the area than your time on Little Nell. Get cultured and take in a new show at one of the art galleries, check out live music at a range of venues, or try for some theatre or opera. Within a few blocks of the condo, you’ll find taverns, cocktail bars, bakeries and cafes - perfect for a stop in between shopping trips or on your way to the park.
In summertime, rent a bike or head out on a hiking or kayaking tour, before you spend a relaxing afternoon at a spa.

All Turn Key Vacation Rentals follow local and state tax rules. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Property Damage Protection policy.
Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
