Our home is surrounded by nature, with hiking trails nearby and skiing at Vail Ski Resort just a 5-minute drive away. The atmospheric mountain town of Vail Village is also just 10 minutes from our door, putting you close to art galleries, boutique shopping and a fabulous dining scene combining upscale restaurants with casual, après-ski eateries.
And if you want to explore without having to drive, you can always hop on the free Vail bus route.
On chilly days, enjoy snuggling around a fireplace in the living room, share warm meals at a pine wood dining table, then catch a breath of crisp mountain air on the front deck. In the evenings, snooze in one of 3 alpine-inspired bedrooms including a master bedroom with a sitting area and wall-mounted flat-screen.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Timber vaulted ceilings and a huge fireplace are featured in a warm and welcoming living room. Cushioned-filled chairs and a comfy sofa offer seating for 7 around a flat-screen TV. Gain access to a wooden deck with seating for 2 and fire up the grill for an afternoon BBQ.

A large and bright master bedroom has a plush queen-size bed and a small seating area that faces a wall-mounted HDTV. On lazy days, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy fresh coffee in front of the morning TV.
A snug guest bedroom with pine wood accents features a queen-size bed with navy blue spreads. There’s a pine wood theme in the 3rd bedroom, complete with a queen-size bed and lighthouse bedspreads. Both rooms also come with an extra blanket to keep guests toasty warm on chilly nights.
Skiing fans will instantly gravitate towards the slopes of Vail Ski Resort – just a 9-minute drive away. And right next door, you’ll find Vail Village. This quaint mountain town is home to boutique shopping, art galleries, nightlife and spas – the ideal place to unwind après-ski or just enjoy a leisurely day off the slopes.
The dining scene in Vail Village is also seriously impressive. Gourmet restaurants sit beside casual eateries – day or night, you’ll never be short of options. All Turn Key Vacation Rentals follow local and state tax rules. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Property Damage Protection policy.
Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
