Private country compound in heart of Sag Harbor. House just gut renovated with all top of line (Wolf, Subzero, etc). Main house is 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bath main house PLUS separate large guest cottage (with a King bed, kitchen, and full bathroom). Gunite pool. Walk to town, bay beach, public tennis courts, 1000 acre nature preserve.

Stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of June and beginning of July ‘18. Incredible property. Amazingly private and quiet compound set on lush grounds and an easy walk into Sag Harbor. We can’t recommend this property highly enough. Pictures and description and are exactly as shown …
